“My partner and I stopped into Lake Erie Scoops and left absolutely blown away. We tried the birthday cake ice cream which was so fun and delicious, but the real star of the show was the Oreo cream pie. This was not just pie. This was a life-changing, time-stopping, everything-else-fades-away kind of pie. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the best pie I have ever eaten in my life. One bite felt like it should be written about in history books. It was that extraordinary.

We also loved how easy their to go setup was. More ice cream shops should take notes because it made the whole experience even sweeter. The owner was an absolute sweetheart who made us feel so welcome.

“I love this ice cream shop, first of all the owners and their staff are so friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is delicious with many flavors and I love the twist ( chocolate and vanilla soft serve on a sugar cone). They have many varieties of ice cream dishes, milk shakes, banana splits, etc..and my favorite is the turtle. ( Vanilla Ice cream with pecans, chocolate and caramel syrup , whipped cream and of course with a cherry on top.) 😋😋😋A-1 Service.“

I tried coming a few weeks ago with Apple Pay in hand and had to try again lol. The shop itself is very quaint. It’s only big enough to fit two customers or families at once. The offer a variety of flavors of ice cream along with slushies, malts and even pies. Their portion size is massive! I got two scoops thinking it would be a typical scoop and it had to be about the size of 3 scoops of each flavor. I couldn’t even finish it lol. I got the banana and salted caramel brownie and my daughter got Irish coffee and chocolate. Two flavors is considered a medium so it was $6.25 each. A little much but now seeing the serving size; I completely understand! There is seating outside the parlor to enjoy your treat. The young lady inside was very kind and helpful in letting me knowing what flavors to try. I’d definitely visit again!“

“So, I'm not a fan of frozen custard, but my family members are and they picked this over Mitchell's. They were very pleased as none of us had ever been to an East Coast before.

They got butter pecan and traditional vanilla cones while I got a Tin Roof sundae.

They loved theirs! Mine was okay, but I just prefer ice cream over the custard flavor.

They were steady busy while we were there, nothing too long of a wait and the service was great.

All in all, my family members loved it, so that is all that counts for me.“

“i didn’t grow up on this side so i never heard of this place until i goggled ice cream near me. i didn’t get any ice cream but i did get a slushee. it was like the beaded type of slush but wasn’t bad. their superman is pink, it reminds me of cotton candy but my coworker said it was good. snack wise they have cheese and chips and pretzels and popcorn. i wish they sold hot dogs as well but surprisingly they had like a coffee flavored ice cream so that made me happy. i might well come back because i do want to try their ice cream.“

My husband and I got a chocolate shake and mango sorbet, which were both absolutely delicious. Highly recommend that mango sorbet if you want a really flavorful, fresh fruit tasting treat. It was honestly the best sorbet I've ever tasted. 😋“

“Stopped by this ice cream shop with some friends on this Friday afternoon, and the ice cream itself was really good and is definitely worth checking out. Matt was super nice and really knew his stuff. It was my first time there, and he took the time to explain the flavors and give recommendations, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was the atmosphere. There was a girl working who seemed really upset, and it was pretty noticeable. It kind of brought down the vibe a bit, which was a little awkward.

Still, the ice cream was amazing , and Matt made a good impression. I’d come back, just hoping for a better overall energy next time.“

“Just ordered today threw my phone try to order at the kiosk but they don't really got all the cookies listed on their kiosk but when I ordered through my phone, they had all the cookies on there that they have on my phone app. I ordered the smores but was told they didn't have anymore the employee asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else.I said yea a brownie should be fine i waited 20 mins and then I asked, if my order what's almost done I was told by the employee that someone else took my order but, she did prepare a new order for me and gave it to me. She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“

“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“
