“Today was my first time here and I came with friends and my 5 year old son. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Sebastian! He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!“

I went for an Anna's smoothie and a Avocado and Turkey wrap that hit all the right spots—crisp veggies, perfectly seasoned, and that made-to-order quality you can taste. “This company is one of a kind to come by in Ohio. A black owned business by a woman is greatly appreciated but also should be considered to be history in the making.
But besides that the service at anytime of day you choose to come is great. The food is also out of this world!!
The job is very well done where you can just tell that the food was made like grandma’s cooking. If you don’t know what grandma’s cooking is let me explain.
Grandma’s cooking was well prepared, thought of, served with time and patience and lastly love. Coach Gwen and Her Husband does an amazing job not only making sure the food is well prepared to the best of its standards but also served with a smile and kind words to send you on your way.

“I love this place! Me and my partner eat here all the time. As a person who recently stopped eating meat, this is my favorite vegan restaurant. The food doesn’t make a difference if it’s vegan or not, it’s just good food overall. I’m working my way to try everything on the menu but my faves are the vegan pepper steak & rice and the vegan chilli on Wednesdays. But I enjoy everything on the menu so it just depends what you are in the mood for. Omg can’t forget the lemonade! Yum

“I was not pleased with my acai bowl as it was missing ingredients. I returned with the bowl in hand and was instantly asked if there was an issue as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. “My first visit was a resounding success! I ordered the fish sandwich and fries along with an order of soul rolls. The fish was delicious and I was really full from it, but I had to bite into one of the soul rolls. Before I knew it, I had ate half of it and I knew I was full already. “I went to Cleveland for my birthday and I love to just walk around new cities and try new coffee shops. We came across this shop and tried it out. I was expecting to get a coffee but a gentleman there stated that I should try to chai tea. Boy, was he ever correct. It had to be the most amazing chai tea I've ever had. It had a very smooth taste, with a nice hint of fresh ground cinnamon on top. Not overly sweet like a desert, but just right. The barista that works there was also very friendly and we chatted a bunch about a lot of cool topics. I definitely recommend it!“

The past few times we've gone in the last 2 months the wait time has been 30+ min even if there are only 4 cars in front of me. Can't say my drink even tastes like coffee today either 😅 it used to be better but it's very hit and miss now.

I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service.
