Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cleveland

“Recently moved to West Park. I love Chipotle and eat it quite a bit. I've noticed in the past year that's at some locations the service and Food quality is not always up to par. However Grandma at this location at Kamm's Corner, the food quality is always excellent no matter what time I'm there and the people are super friendly. Service is fast. This is consistent. As a result I am there almost everyday!! Keep up the good work“

“Food is simple, hearty, delicious nutritious. In a world that's trying to sell us widgets we don't need, for $digits$ we don't have, this is affordable food that meets daily caloric, and protein needs. Dining rooms are plain, and maybe even brutalistic (in the architectural sense of the term). Service is generally marginal. They should consider adding the option to tip on bills (besides just within the app). This might improve service.“

“Even though serving tacos is a fad right now, it is very difficult to find hard tacos! Chipotle has them, though, and they are delicous. I asked for cilantro as a topping, however, and the servers just looked at me. One of them was on the ball however, went into a back room, and fetched me a little container of it which added a lot to the flavor. I ate there but at 8 in the evening the place was a little bit littered and not ideal.“

“Hands down best chipotle in town all the staff was so friendly very welcoming and courteous the food was all fresh delicious and at the perfect temperature it was super clean inside too the line moved fast too great teamwork oh and the Young lady at the register Bree was so so sweet thanked me for visiting today told me to have an awesome day she was so friendly and very polite EXCELLENT customer service from her highly recommend this location ignore them other reviews“

“Entire staff doing an amazing job working under pressure today especially Chrissy who was threatened because she let a customer know they were out of an item and still continued to do her job with amazing customer service hopefully management is able to take care of that !“
