The Best McDonald’s Experience I’ve Ever Had – Right in My Neighborhood!
This McDonald’s on Pearl & Denison is more than just fast food — it’s a reminder that kindness still exists. I’ve eaten at many McDonald’s locations, even the mansion one in Independence, OH… but none compare to this one.
What makes this spot so special isn’t just the food — it’s the people. We live in a beautifully diverse neighborhood, but with that comes real-life challenges like poverty. I once saw a man loitering outside, and another customer stepped up and gave the cashier money so he could eat. No questions asked. No judgment. Just pure compassion.
The employees here treat everyone with respect, no matter their background or situation. They don’t just serve — they care. Even my service dog-in-training, Hazel (or as I call her, my angel), has been welcomed warmly. We’ve sat and eaten together with zero issues — just smiles and kindness all around.
Love sees no color at this McDonald’s. The atmosphere is warm, the people are real, and the compassion is unmatched. If you’re looking for more than just a meal — if you’re looking for humanity — this is the place. Thank you to the staff for being the heart of the neighborhood. ❤️“
“Long line but fast-moving drive-through. McDonald's app is great with 4 grandkids. When we go in, each orders from their app.I have eaten more fries at this McDonald's this Summer due to my grandkids. So glad school returned !! No more paid lunches.....I am broke !!“
“1:00 pm on a Thursday everything was freaking fresh the two women at the window super polite and welcoming not to mention informative we got to the 2nd window the guy had a smile open the window with both waters in his hand this is THE BEST AND ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE I have had at this place“

“I rarely ever take the time to write reviews, but this one is WELL DESERVED! My husband and I just experienced the best, top tier customer service at this McDonald’s tonight (9-4-24). I asked for two of the workers names who were serving us, Destiny & Josephine. They were the kindest, sweetest, and most polite service workers I’ve probably ever met- Both so smiley, friendly, & joyful. It truly makes a remarkable difference to customers when the employees serving you are pleasant & friendly. We frequent multiple McDonald’s locations throughout the city of Cleveland & surrounding suburbs (our McD’s apps could verify this), and I can honestly say this was the best service we’ve ever received. That is why I made sure to ask for their names so that they could be recognized for their amazing work. After writing this Google review, I will be sure to call the # on our receipt to leave another positive review there, as well. They deserve all of the recognition! I know people leave bad reviews all the time when they receive terrible service, and I’m a firm believer in recognizing others when they do well and perform above & beyond. Not only was their customer service incredible, but our food was also hot, fresh, delicious, & perfectly made to order - just as we requested. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Destiny, Josephine, and the rest of E. 55th McD’s crew! Your customers are grateful & appreciative for your hard work! ? “The personnel spoke clearly and were courteous. They handled the food and drinks with care. Their conversations with each other was also courteous. They worked together to achieve seamless service.
Kid-friendliness: The toys in the Happy Meals relate to a current movie character that the children are familiar. It causes the children to plan for a future visit to collect all the characters on the meal box.“
“We all know McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Expect subpar service subpar food. I am here to say i have experienced the best customer service ever at a McDonald’s. A man whose name is Ru, was SO Kind, attentive. And helped us out a great deal when they were only accepting door dash orders. I wished i lived in the area because i would always come back here requesting his service!“
“I sat in the drive through for an entire hour which is absolutely ridiculous. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because everyone working was pleasant and the food was okay but really? An hour? With 2 drive through lanes? It wasn't even that busy.. on top of that, they tried charging me 2 dollars for a tiny bottle of water and when I asked them to refund it, everybody was sooo confused and ended up giving me $14 dollars back which I didn't understand but I took it as gas money for having me wait that damn long.“

“Let me start by saying fast food is not the reason for my review. This location is cleaner than most, it has a child area for playing which comes in clutch for the parents wanting to ease their minds and stress a little. Plus tire out the little ones. And if you enjoy the McDonalds menu then this one is as good as any other. Just the location has everything to offer that McDonald's can offer.“
“Well I ordered a med coffee w 3 crms n 3 sugars n med Dr. Pepper to go at kiosk / It took 24 min n there was only 1 other person waiting for food before me ! She handed me empty cup for pop n my cup of coffee ! Coffee great perfect ! And no tissue in handicap stall ( which they remedied immediately ) ! The lids were nasty ( like something spilled on them ) ! Ladies were nice n respectful ! So I'm a little perplexed ! Lol 🤪“

Parking: Its always a parking space.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu high chairs toys and even a play place for the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible parking and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.“
“Customer service is horrible, I ordered from my mobile app, there isn't an option to ask for a cup of ice. I told the first cashier was told no problem the second worker yelled at me saying u have to order that back at the speaker and slammed the window! Disgusting“
“Stopped by today Nov 2nd, met by friendly staff at the drive through.
Amazing tasting food. The best quality taste across all Cleveland locations for cheeseburgers, McChickens, etc.
I had a weird order and they accidentally forgot one McChicken so I went back inside to ask for one. Promptly got my McChicken from very nice staff.
They were nice enough to give us two cookies for the slight inconvenience which was very, very appreciated.
Seriously, the best service and taste across half the nation. I've driven 30 hours from the midwest to Cleveland and this location is the best.

“I went thru the drive thru early in the morning and ordered a sausage biscuit and a ham biscuit for my dog. Everything was OK but it always seems like this location needs more workers. The parking lot has pot holes and there is always a ton of trash in the parking lot. Besides that tho, the food was fine and the girls at the drive thru were nice. I'll definitely go back because they are open 24hrs...“
“We come here at least once a week every week. It's always clean, fresh food and good atmosphere. We come for lunch and let my 4 year old play while I talk with a friend. There's always kids for her to play with. The employees are always nice and the security does an amazing job. They take pride in what they do in this location. Been in Cleveland my whole life and I've never been to a McDonald's that's consistently amazing. We travel across town just for the one. The security really keeps this location in check because it can get very busy when school let's out and with all the teenagers it can get kind of hectic but he gets it back in our quick and everything runs smoothly. If I could give 100 stars, I would!“
