Customer service was great, food was delicious, the restaurant was clean..
First time here and probably not returning. Didn’t get greeted by a single employee. Finally waited long enough and decided to order at the kiosk and wanted to use my gift card. Well, apparently you have to order at the register to use a gift card. The kiosk says I can use the gift card at said kiosk…..
There’s no way to swipe any card at the self serve kiosk. And mind you, this is in a college town so students have food cards to swipe. Not at the self serve kiosk...read full review
I had a phenomenal experience today at Panera Bread. The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly and went above and beyond what I am use to at any Panera. Even the cooks were friendly and made sure I was properly notified that my food was ready, as I was distracted and away from the pick up area. I have no idea what any names are but Kudos to this Panera for hiring great people and creating an environment of good customer service.
