“My husband and I stopped into Stevenson's bar this afternoon to check out their Christmas theme. All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. She was very warm and welcoming. Karen whipped us up some really tasty holiday drinks. We highly recommend the Tipsy Santa.“

“First and foremost, let's talk about the service. Phenomenal!! Rachel was so attentive, friendly, engaging, and very helpful. Considering she was the bartender and my family and I were on the patio, watching a Browns game, she was busy. We never felt neglected. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was hot and fresh. This was my first time at Kelly's. I'm the one who chose it for our family event, and I'm glad I did. We will be back! I highly recommend Kelly's. It's roomy, clean, family friendly, great parking, and easy to find.“

Atmosphere felt like I was in a common room at Hogwarts. Full of warmth, great staff, friendly people, and great vibes, the history of the building was a surprise bonus.
The fact that Bookhouse is LGBTQ friendly- and this is coming from an old cis straight guy- made it all even better. Long live love, great community, diversity, and great beer!“

“I wanted to like this restaurant so much. But the attention to detail when we visited for the brunch buffet was just lacking. The good: -Food was good. We especially enjoyed the macaroni, steak, and macrons. -The manager Josie was excellent and took the time to hear our concerns. The bad: -When we reserved we requested specifically for the lounge but were sat in the main dining room in a corner right by the kitchen. The table next to us was uncomfortably close with a loud group. When I asked about it I was told that there was no open space in the lounge area and we’d have to wait and the hostess argued with me about how I made the reservation even after pulling up the confirmation on my phone. -Being next to the kitchen, staff had music on loudly that was overpowering the music being played in the main dining area. The ambiance the restaurant was trying to pull off at that point just fell flat. The environment was overstimulating. Two kinds of music playing, loud kitchen, lots of people passing to set up a party. -Server did not want to take the time to answer questions or even get drink orders. She slammed things down on our table and was very dismissive. We felt like we were a burden. -Nit-picky about the food- but when you have an oyster presentation typically they’re shucked in a way that detaches the foot (or presented with small forks) and served with mignonette sauce and lemon as well as cocktail sauce. These oysters weren’t prepared or presented well. The sirloin was mis-labeled as prime rib. Prime rib was not an offering at all. Grits could have used more butter and salt. While it’s a pretty presentation, unless it’s cocktail shrimp, the tail on shrimp served in hot food should be removed in the kitchen. Overall- tasty and with a few changes could have been wonderful. We’ll give you a try again next time we’re in the area.“

“I don’t go out to bars much these days but decided to stick my head in on St. Paddy’s as I’ve driven by a bunch. Looks so low key and not at all obnoxious from the outside - no advertisements for various alcohol, just a good old Christmas Story lamp in the window. Inside, it’s a warm and friendly neighborhood pub that made me feel welcome. Full of Irish cheer on the big day, but I’m sure there is some of that year round. Prices for a pint were fair maybe even in the lower side. Some places regulars don’t really like new people coming in or are cool or suspicious towards them. Not here at all. I barely drink anymore but if I was going to have a goto neighborhood pub this would be it.“

“Rob is a "Rockstar" they didn't have wait service when we visited Saturday afternoon. Got our meals and the food is friggin' fantastic!!! They got slammed with patrons after we got served. And Rob made sure everyone was served and made to feel welcome.“

“One of the best little bars in Lakewood it's been there forever and used to be called The Mighty Mouse now it's called Mullins air on the owner is one hell of a cool dude and all the bartenders there are very very polite and helpful prices are very affordable as well and they got Touch Tunes on the jukebox so you can hear any music you want definitely stop in when you're in the neighborhood and enjoy“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

It was like yes were open come in. But dont order anything because then were a bother to them. ONLY RECCOMENDED BASED ON FOOD.“
