When you get to the windows, they tell you to pull up front. I did this, but I was still parked wrong....I felt like I was on a obstacle course.
They should of told me to pull around to the other side and park at that window.
Hit or miss just make sure your order is correct before you leave, food is usually decent unless you come late some things can taste old as they've been sitting.
Approximately 2:50pm. I don't understand why its taking 10 minutes and I am the only one in line. The person in front of me pulled off. No one even collected his money to encourage him to wait. I did backup and ask.. Was there a problem? I was assured, there was not. Had they said it was shift change or something? I may have been more patient. But I finally got my luke warm fries & sandwich. Maybe it was the guy's food that pulled off.

The kind gesture of a free banana shake during a long wait was appreciated. The awesome manager stepped in to correct a small overcharge without missing a beat. For those seeking a fast food option with a friendly touch, Rally's could be a good choice, offering 5-star service even if it's not in the "elite" part of town.
