The staff member was nice, attentive and quick. She handled everything so smoothly. I didn't have cash on hand to leave a tip unfortunately but she definitely deserved one.
The store is clean and tidy. Everyone there does a tremendous job.“

“Nice Subway restaurant. They have a very friendly staff. Typical Subway food. The drink station seemed to work fine and nothing was flat or out. Unfortunately the bathrooms weren't available for some reason, they had them blocked off.

Parking: Parking lot is easy to navigate with multiple entrances/exits.“

“The nice woman in the front.. I think her name tag said “Cyd”, was really nice and very helpful!! She suggested a bunch of items I could get at an affordable price! I’m a very picky eater and she understood that! She said that she’s just a sandwich artist but I believe that she should be a manager with her customer service. She definitely got an extra 20%!“

“The shop look old from outside. However, inside is nice and clean, few clean tables and a nice sitting area.
The queue was not long, the guy helped me was very nice, wearing gloves, ask me few times if I need anything else, the cashier was nice and polite.
I like the place and will come back.

“I walked in on Monday 11/17/2025 and received the best service I have ever received the staff where friendly and welcoming the one girl talked to us and made sure we where happy and even gave our dog a treat! She was amazing and so personable the sandwich was the best I’ve gotten from Subway! This staff went above and beyond and I cannot express how amazing this location was! Will be my new subway and will always go back because of this young woman and her exceptional customer service!“

“This place is literally running off of the hard work of Sheri. She’s in here every weekday working hard making our sandwiches, oftentimes the only person in the shop. They need to hire someone to help her! But be kind when ordering and tip generously.“

“There was only one employee working at the time I was there so my wait was longer than usual since there were two other customers who ordered 3 or 4 sandwiches before me. The employee wasn’t too rude but not too friendly (maybe she was tired, not complaining).“

“I recently visited the Subway in Circleville and had a solid experience. The sandwiches are made to order with fresh veggies and plenty of topping options. I went with a classic Italian B.M.T., and the bread was soft yet held everything together nicely. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, even when the shop was busy. Prices are reasonable, and there are healthier choices like salads and wraps too. A dependable spot for a quick, customizable meal on the go.“

“I walked in with my family, the place was clean, the only thing was the pop machine wasn't keeping the pop very cold, they made are sandwiches, the sandwiches tasted good, and after they made are sandwiches, the lady made sure that she handed each of us the correct sub that we ordered to the correct person who wanted that particular sub, all accept the pop machine, everything was good“

“I was told that the other guy who works there doesn't anymore The new people were friendly they actually had bread ready they didn't rush me or treat me like they wanted me to hurry up and get out they made the sandwich like I wanted it so happy“

“This 5 star is for the young man belive the name was ramsey. Is one of the nicest workers the store was about to close he was kind enough to make 10 six inch sandwiches for my youth basketball league even gave away 10 free cookies just before they closed!“

“I was at work and did not pack a lunch so I looked for Subway just because I wanted to have some type of protein salad.
The place is easy to find and locate, there are parking space for few cars (free), the line is not long, the menu is clear, the employees were nice and respectful, he asked me few times if I found everything is ok, he was wearing a glove.
Fresh food ingredients, tasty, good portion, the place looked clean and well maintained (even though it looked old from outside).
I would go for another visit.“

“I haven't been out to a restaurant since before the pandemic. I have recently picked up a couple FOOT LONG VEGGIES ( W 150th and the Lady that's working the whole fast food restaurant, Her name is "Vee", takes care of everything, !!! Very good worker, very polite, makes a great sandwich!

Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sandwich there but it's not on the menu you got to order it special which probably takes more time for the person making the sandwich. It would be better if you can go I'll just take a "veggie number #2".“

“A football sandwich isn't really the only thing I leave with when I enter this establishment. Hi I'm Juno and I constantly get a Coke combo from this subway. The staff here are very very humorous and funny. They have a great sense of humor and great customer service. I don't eat from Subway often but when I have a craving for it this is the only location other than when I leave town that I come to. I get around a lot as you can see from my Google profile I give a lot of good reviews on places. Being an English major I tend to speak too much if not a lot on what I experience when I enter and establishment. I've worked in fast food for almost 8 years and I have had some pretty good customer service and some pretty bad customer service. But this place is in the top tier for my line for customer service. Thank you for making it easy for customers like myself to order food without a hassle.“

“I've never stopped at this location until today. There's a young man with long hair and forearm tattoos that was super friendly upon arrival. He seems like he may be new but he is the best customer service I've ever had in a subway! He's probably the only thing that sticks out about this location. Otherwise same old subway. Definitely treat this kid well! I'm sure employees don't make much in these kinds of jobs.“

“I ordered a tuna sub this evening and it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. I really wanted to call the store and tell the employee directly but every time I tried the number it wanted to me sign up for some scammy gift card thing.

“My fav neighborhood Subway, Couldn't help but notice the prices went up substantially and they no longer accept the coupon. The lady with the long red braids works very hard and nice personality and the other young lady is nice to. I usually leave a tip for them two. The store looked a little empty.“

“It was very good. The owner kept her composure during some silly rude customers. The customers were "EXTRA" especially when you see a line full of people during lunch time. Thank you for being nice and I hope the rest of her day went smoother. Everything is clean and Covid protected.“

“Miss the Subway in the entrance of the CLE Airport but but the one on the Delta Concourse was just as good. Got there between breakfast and lunch and was offered the choice between both menus! Sub was good and Wifey said the price was reasonable. Sounds like a bunch of Yum to me!😎“

“I was suitably satisfied during my visit to the 69th and Detroit Subway location. The cheesesteak sub turned out to be very well appointed, with fresh veggies. The cookies were done to perfection, also. I initially stayed away due to issues with freshness with the chain in general, and had bad experiences in the past. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted that this location has its act together. It did our bellies proud.“

“One of the cleanest and nicest subways in Cleveland. The cleanest subway I have been to in the city! The ingredients there also looked really fresh which translates to a better quality sub. The server there was also really nice. Will definitely go here more often!“
