Subway in Cleveland

“Nice Subway restaurant. They have a very friendly staff. Typical Subway food. The drink station seemed to work fine and nothing was flat or out. Unfortunately the bathrooms weren't available for some reason, they had them blocked off.

Parking: Parking lot is easy to navigate with multiple entrances/exits.“

“The nice woman in the front.. I think her name tag said “Cyd”, was really nice and very helpful!! She suggested a bunch of items I could get at an affordable price! I’m a very picky eater and she understood that! She said that she’s just a sandwich artist but I believe that she should be a manager with her customer service. She definitely got an extra 20%!“

“Very clean and uniquely furnished/decorated.UPDATE 05/17/2022 they refuse to honor ANY coupons here. I think that really sucks. They are a subway chain and won't take subway coupons, not right. Also quality and service has really gone down hill lately“

“This is my go to subway in my area. The ladies here are awesome. My orders are always ready on time and perfect. and they have the best prices of any subway in the area. They do not over do the mayo or other toppings and you get a very well made sub that is not a messy nightmare when you get home. Be it pick up or delivered, you'll always get a good meal for your $$$. The only tricky thing about this location is the parking, the lot is tiny and difficult, but that is about it, but worth the hassle to get in and out..“

“This place is literally running off of the hard work of Sheri. She’s in here every weekday working hard making our sandwiches, oftentimes the only person in the shop. They need to hire someone to help her! But be kind when ordering and tip generously.“

“This 5 star is for the young man belive the name was ramsey. Is one of the nicest workers the store was about to close he was kind enough to make 10 six inch sandwiches for my youth basketball league even gave away 10 free cookies just before they closed!“

“Just went last evening. WOW. Ok so I was slightly flustered and it was raining super hard I was fumbling on my multiple orders and the manager (whoever was stocking for the next day) was SO KIND. He said I could take my time and helped me figure out what I needed for my second order and it was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!“

“There was only one employee working at the time I was there so my wait was longer than usual since there were two other customers who ordered 3 or 4 sandwiches before me. The employee wasn’t too rude but not too friendly (maybe she was tired, not complaining).“

“My husband and I went there before closing and still had great customer service. Great suggestions to put on our sandwich. Good conversation and they know how to put a sandwich together. Would of posted a picture but it didn't last long.“

“I walked in with my family, the place was clean, the only thing was the pop machine wasn't keeping the pop very cold, they made are sandwiches, the sandwiches tasted good, and after they made are sandwiches, the lady made sure that she handed each of us the correct sub that we ordered to the correct person who wanted that particular sub, all accept the pop machine, everything was good“

“I haven't been out to a restaurant since before the pandemic. I have recently picked up a couple FOOT LONG VEGGIES ( W 150th and the Lady that's working the whole fast food restaurant, Her name is "Vee", takes care of everything, !!! Very good worker, very polite, makes a great sandwich!

Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sandwich there but it's not on the menu you got to order it special which probably takes more time for the person making the sandwich. It would be better if you can go I'll just take a "veggie number #2".“

“I was told that the other guy who works there doesn't anymore The new people were friendly they actually had bread ready they didn't rush me or treat me like they wanted me to hurry up and get out they made the sandwich like I wanted it so happy“

“Miss the Subway in the entrance of the CLE Airport but but the one on the Delta Concourse was just as good. Got there between breakfast and lunch and was offered the choice between both menus! Sub was good and Wifey said the price was reasonable. Sounds like a bunch of Yum to me!😎“

“A football sandwich isn't really the only thing I leave with when I enter this establishment. Hi I'm Juno and I constantly get a Coke combo from this subway. The staff here are very very humorous and funny. They have a great sense of humor and great customer service. I don't eat from Subway often but when I have a craving for it this is the only location other than when I leave town that I come to. I get around a lot as you can see from my Google profile I give a lot of good reviews on places. Being an English major I tend to speak too much if not a lot on what I experience when I enter and establishment. I've worked in fast food for almost 8 years and I have had some pretty good customer service and some pretty bad customer service. But this place is in the top tier for my line for customer service. Thank you for making it easy for customers like myself to order food without a hassle.“

“The dude that works here at night is awesome!! He knows how to make a sandwich ! And he's super accommodating and friendly! Didn't catch his name , but he has served us a few times , was here tonight (5-17-24) just before closing and he didn't lock the doors on us 30 minutes early like the girls at the other Broadview/Brook Park subway did tonight! He took his time to make our food and do it right and with excellent customer service! Even tho he was about to miss his last bus for downtown ! I gave him a very decent tip since he is more than a very decent person !!! Thank you sir ! I highly recommend this location over all the others !“

“I work close to this location so I ordered online for me and my students. My order was ready for pick up when I arrived. My order was prepared correctly too! Nothing was missing. No compliants here. I would definitely order from this location again.“

“I've never stopped at this location until today. There's a young man with long hair and forearm tattoos that was super friendly upon arrival. He seems like he may be new but he is the best customer service I've ever had in a subway! He's probably the only thing that sticks out about this location. Otherwise same old subway. Definitely treat this kid well! I'm sure employees don't make much in these kinds of jobs.“

“The place was decent, the workers are friendly and respectful, the food was great for a plaza store, and the atmosphere was gentle but Abit stuffy, not as in rude but more or less alien, it's a lot cleaner than the stores around it and the place seems like it's trying to hard to be good. Over all definitely going to eat there again.“

“I was suitably satisfied during my visit to the 69th and Detroit Subway location. The cheesesteak sub turned out to be very well appointed, with fresh veggies. The cookies were done to perfection, also. I initially stayed away due to issues with freshness with the chain in general, and had bad experiences in the past. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted that this location has its act together. It did our bellies proud.“

“My fav neighborhood Subway, Couldn't help but notice the prices went up substantially and they no longer accept the coupon. The lady with the long red braids works very hard and nice personality and the other young lady is nice to. I usually leave a tip for them two. The store looked a little empty.“

“Not your normal subway. They don’t skimp on the meat or toppings. Convenient for those visiting or staying at the Cleveland Clinic. Staff was ok, and quick. My 6” white Italian turkey with Pepperjack and American was really good for a subway sandwich. I don’t suggest asking for extra mayonnaise unless you want it drowned, as I asked for regular and it was like getting extra, but turned out perfect.“

“One of the cleanest and nicest subways in Cleveland. The cleanest subway I have been to in the city! The ingredients there also looked really fresh which translates to a better quality sub. The server there was also really nice. Will definitely go here more often!“
