Either it is not shaken at all, one time the drive thru person even argued with me and you could clearly see the individual layers. Sometimes it has no brown sugar at all, sometimes hardly any oat milk. But very seldom is it perfect. I think this Dunkin needs to take lessons from either the Springfield or Beavercreek Dunkin.
