From the moment I reached out, Misha at Crumbl became the perfect outsourced partner. She took the time to explain all the various dessert options and, in a thoughtful touch, took it upon herself to choose a diverse selection of cookies to cater to everyone’s tastes.

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

I had never heard of Ri'Joyce pies, but she had all 5 star reviews on google, and reviews are a huge part of why I choose a service/product, so I was immediately intrigued! The process was very easy, I went onto the website and ordered. She reached out to let me know that she had received my order and would have it ready for pickup as requested. When I went to pick it up, we chatted, and Sharita was very friendly with a bubbly personality! She said that she is the sole baker, and takes lots of pride in her food. She told me to let her know if I had any problems at all with the cheesecake, and she would be more than happy to fix it for me. But there were no problems at all. The cheesecake was DELICIOUS! I often buy it to serve with Persian meals, and it’s also perfect for a traditional breakfast with bread, feta cheese, and mixed herbs like mint, parsley, cilantro and radish.

“My Mother in law and I happened upon this place while driving around Columbus before we went to COSI. I am so glad we stopped because the staff were all very kind and helpful, their food was awesome and the ambiance/vibe was so great. It was a great place to chill and have great conversation. I had the avocado toast with lox and a poached egg, not only did it look amazing, but it tased so good! My M-I-L got a Monte Cristo sandwich and loved it. Also we got some of their delicious rosemary and olive oil bread, banana bread and a peach basil muffin to go. We each had a specialty coffee drink as well. Highly recommend!“

The area manager Alex reached out to me after I had a issue with a lady that I spoke with over the phone and rectified my issues. He was very understanding and nice enough to offer free food which I greatly appreciate.

I fully understand some days are rough and people have emotions, but working in a restaurant or anything related with customer service you have to show nothing but smiles and be happy even if your having a bad day. I ordered several custon edible images a day prior and at the last minute, right before closing I ordered another. “My favorite place in Columbus. I haven't been here in 25 years, but if you love their products this is THE place to shop. Yes, check the expiration dates, but the oldest dates are the cheapest. I've found Goldfish Crackers to still be good after expiration, so those are what I always bought.

And just today I found out that there are stores in San Antonio and Houston, but they're both over two hours away from my home. But next road trip I've got new destinations 😁“
