“Stopped by the Five Guys at Polaris and the crew was awesome — super friendly and chill. I was asking about their potatoes and beef, and they told me everything’s fresh — never frozen, and the beef is only about two days from harvest. Pretty wild! Fries were on point and the milkshake was killer. Definitely a great spot!“

“I always say Five Guys is good, but it really depends on who’s cooking—and let me tell you, Kendra at the N. Hamilton Road location did that!

She took our order, got our food out quickly, and was so kind and polite the whole time. She had a smile on her face and just made the whole experience feel welcoming.

The restaurant was also very clean, which made everything even better.

The food came out delicious. My husband ordered the patty melt, and I got a bunless burger—both were a 10/10. Everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly.

“An employee named (Ivy) went over and beyond her job for me today! First, I came in and forgot my wallet and when I was about to leave she reminded me that I can order online with one of the credit cards saved to my phone. So after I ordered and got my receipt for my UPSIDE account I noticed the last four digits of my credit card was not on there and that is required to get credit through Upside. She taught me how to go to my email and take a screenshot of receipt from email and upload it to my UPSIDE account because that was the only reason I decided to eat a t 5 Guys. Thank you (Ivy) for going over and beyond your Job Duties for me!!! You are an extraordinary employee!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!“

“Loud music. Friendly workers. Greasy burger. The single patty cheeseburger was $8.39 w/free toppings. At that price, I expect free fries or a free drink. I surely would hope toppings were included. The burger was ok. Nothing incredible. The bun was soggy.“

“First off when let me start by saying all the workers are great as soon as you come in the door they greet you. They’re so nice and if you continue to go there, they memorize your order. There is so awesome best five guys hands down in town because there’s no other one that’s better than this one you gotta come to..And they all deserve a raise the best customer service there is!! “The staff at this location is exceptional! Friendly customer service and great tasting food. This a n newer location and is super nice + clean. Patio seating for the nicer days of the year and plenty of seating options inside including tables and booths. Plenty of parking in the rear and a separate entrance as well. Pricing is definitely on the higher side. The “meal deal” makes it a bit more affordable but still too expensive for what it is in my opinion.“

“I have a gluten allergy and the staff was very dedicated to keeping me safe. The lady (didn't catch her name) was super friendly and cautious throughout the whole process. She was smiling, friendly and had a little dance to her step as the music played. It made the atmosphere better. I literally got back to the table and said this was by far the best 5 guys experience I've ever had. That lady was SO nice!
