Overall, great place to hang out if you like sitting in a small shop. For the tea- there is so many options that you can choose from, if you are a new customer they are happy to suggest new flavors, and also they have tea flavors named by their employees (dont know how often that changes). I'm a regular here, and the employees are always wonderful and quick. It is a chain, so don't expect the best drinks ever - but they do have a great reward system and deals through the app. I recommend 30% sugar on average, as their drinks run very sweet. There's 1-2 tables inside, but it's mostly a grab-and-go.

I like this location. Parking is a little annoying which is the big downside, but if you're walking distance it's great to go to. They make the drinks well most of the time. There is another Kung Fu Tea location where I saw someone stick four of their five fingers all the way in the cup after handling money before the drink being made without washing their hands first and sorry that's super gross.
