“After a disappointing experience at another location, we decided to give Papa John's another try at this location because we really wanted to taste the new pan pizza — and we’re so glad we did.

The pizza was everything we hoped for, especially for the price. Fresh, hot, and exactly as advertised.

When my husband walked in, he was immediately greeted and told the pizza had just come out of the oven. The team thanked him for coming in and wished him a good night. He said the experience was truly night and day compared to other experiences we’ve had.

Shout-out to the managers for building such an awesome team. Kudos to everyone at this location for great service and a fantastic pizza experience!“

“I stupidly made the mistake of putting in the wrong time for pick up. I had been having a hard week between car problems and being sick from being pregnant.

I called in and apologized and the woman said she would remake the pizza for a later time and was so kind about it.
I feel so bad I made the mistake causing them to throw out the first pizza.
Thank you for helping make the highlight of my week after a lot of stress :)“

“I often Door Dash here. And I've loved it ever since I walked in the door. The Staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. The Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza is so good, I could INHALE it LOL. It's honestly the best thing about the pizza. Their brownie & their Pull Apart Cinnamon Buns are just icing on the cake.

“8/29/2026 Papa John's, I have to give you credit for this experience. It couldn't have been much better. My order was correct. All sauces were included. Food arrived piping hot. Everything was delicious. My order was even delivered 10 minutes before the estimated time. The only change I would've made is, I asked for the pizza to be well baked. It wasn't. But, it was still great. Fantastic job this time! 👍 🍕“

“Absolutely outstanding service and pizza at the Papa John's on Sawmill Road! I ordered a couple of pizzas and they came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked with all the toppings loaded just right. What really made the visit special was Tammy — she was working the counter and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She double-checked my order, made sure it was exactly what I wanted, and even added some dipping sauces. Her positive attitude and great customer service turned a simple pizza run into a truly enjoyable experience. This location is lucky to have her! We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. “Absolutely love the late night staff, all of them, they have the greatest personalities, they treat my son and I great when we go in for our own food and when we are Doordashing! Our food is always hot, fresh, and taste, great! Our customers from Doordashing leave great reviews for us about hot fresh pizza! “I’m eating as I’m writing this review. This was the best papa John’s I’ve ever had. It is not lasting though hence the half ate photo. It was perfect sauce and cheese ratio and the staff was welcoming and even said thank you to me for ordering with them. I will be returning!“

“Pizzas I had delivered were absolutely awful and ice cold. Called in and talked to a manager. She was completely polite and respectful. Offered to refund or replace. I opted for the refund instead of waiting an hour again for replacement. Leaving a 5 star because of the stellar response to my complaint.“

“I have visited this Pizza Hut several times over the past summer and have always had a positive experience. The service was timely, and the food consistently met expectations, so I’m a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews. In my opinion, it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a solid meal.

That said, I would strongly encourage management to consider installing proper air conditioning for the employees. On multiple occasions when I picked up my order, the pickup area was noticeably hotter than the outside temperature. Despite these conditions, the staff remained consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. Their dedication deserves to be matched by a more comfortable working environment.“

“I haven't ordered from Papa John's in probably 2 years before today. All the negativity on this I have to wonder, bad tippers? Rude customers? I tip well and the only issue I ever had was during covid and they had to use door dash. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and bacon cheese sticks, it arrived 10 mins earlier than what it expected, and tasted damn good too. I honestly don't know why so many people have had so much trouble when I barely had any at all.“

“There was a problem with door dash. Not papa jons fault on any way. Stopped it to pick up a delivery. Order was not ready,door dash issue.
The employee I dealt with was amazing at getting my order as fast as they could. Offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Thanks to the employees on that shift.“
