“I enjoyed a lovely afternoon brunch with my father this afternoon. We agreed that our experience was so enjoyable because of our amazing server Grace. I am constantly dreaming about the deviled eggs and the chocolate cake, you don’t want to miss out! Grace was very detailed oriented and very cautious about my severe tree nut allergy which made feel at ease. I already can’t wait to go back and Grace will be my preferred server no question!“

Also, our server was amazing, especially given how busy she was as she had a couple of other big tables. Our drinks were amazing, wife had the pineapple spicy margarita, it was so good. Rum runner was very good too. Wife had the grilled cheese French dip, she did give me a bite and it was probably the best grilled cheese I've ever eaten. I got the barbacoa tacos, they were equally amazing! Finished up our dinner with the tres leche, nothing like a great desert to close out our meal. Thanks for the great dining experience!“

“We are beyond impressed by the food, great owner, friendly chef, and fantastic experience at Golden Fried Chicken and Fish. This is the place if you’re looking for true southern-style fried catfish. My husband and I went here for lunch. There was plenty of parking and a steady flow of folks in and out for good reason. The owner, J.R., greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful, informative, and so nice. His staff clearly respects him, and he runs a great shop. It only took 10 minutes to get all our food steaming hot and fresh. I ordered the catfish dinner. My husband ordered the Golden Combo. Just, wow. The flavor on this is 10/10. The last time I had catfish this good was when we were down south. Golden Fried Chicken and Fish is the best catfish in Columbus. Great business, incredible food. We can’t say enough great things.“

“We had a wonderful experience. Jailo was amazing. My husband ordered oysters and they were so good he ordered more. I had the citrus salad and the blend of citrus, salted pecans and fresh lettuces was unlike other salads you can get anywhere. Shrimp and grits, also unlike other places with added kick of sausage. We left wanting to return the next night. Great food and Jailo's exemplary service with kindness make this a place we will visit each time we are in town.“

The worker told me I had to go thru the line again for condiments 😳 by the time I went through the line, my food was cold! Poor service.“

“From start to finish, my experience at The Capital Grillee was top tier. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable — very demure and refined. Every dish was perfectly executed: the steak was cooked to perfection with multiple sauce options, the lamb chops tender and flavorful, and the lobster and potatoes were simply divine. Even the Brussels sprouts were incredible.

The appetizers set the tone — crispy calamari and warm, fresh bread that melted in our mouth. Dessert was the perfect sweet finish. The drinks were expertly crafted by Thomas — refreshing, balanced, and with just the right buzz. He knew each dish inside and out, very informative!

“This was my first time at a high end restaurant so I didn't really know what to expect. I usually have the palette of a toddler (Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, nuggets, etc.) so I was worried about eating fancy food lol. I went in with an open mind and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the chicken to be safe but at the end of the night, I didn't taste 1 thing that I didn't like. The food was the best I've ever had in my 40 years of life. The service was top tier excellent, and the atmosphere was enough to make my first fine dining experience over the top. Food was pricey but so worth it. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend to others. Great great place❤️“
