“We have loved Chilis for more than 2 decades and have visited many Chilis from East to West and North to South. By far this is one of the most welcoming, nicest, cleanest, friendliest Chilis we have ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing in how well they work together, support each other and serve fluidly. Friendly, smiling, helpful and kind from even the smallest things Im sure that they didn't even realized how much it mattered by making us feel welcome and cared for. That is far and few these days so you guys shine. Aislinn (I hope I spelled that right), was phenomenal. The wonderful team members at the front who greeted and seated us and thanked us and told us to have a wonderful day, I felt they genuinely meant that. Great meals at good prices. We cannot wait to come back. The 2 hour drive was worth it. Great job all and props to the manager out there right along side his team cleaning, moving tables, smiling, helping and checking on each and every single guest.“

“It’s disappointing how many restaurants and businesses used Covid as a cover to lessen the guest experience. There is no reason other than financial for you not to have a nacho bar anymore. It was a feature and it set you apart. Now you are just a regular chips on the table Tex mex place.“

“I recently popped-in for a quick bite + a cocktail at this location of Chili's Grill & Bar, which is located within John Glenn Columbus International Airport, and I had a good experience here! First, the bartender, Shon, took incredible care of me + my fellow patrons sitting at the bar (several of whom I ended up socializing with while we enjoyed our drinks & meals). He was attentive, kind, and very efficient, all of which made my visit all the better!! Further, the atmosphere inside of this establishment was warm & inviting. There was lots of room at the bar when I arrived, which expedited service + then me getting on my way to catch my flight! Further, the space was clean & well-kept.

Lastly, the food was good (but, the portions were HUGE). Keep this in mind, because you may not need to order all the food you initially may think that you need to. I ordered the Southwestern Queso + one of their Chicken Crispers-themed salads, and it was SO much food. Everything was delicious, but I definitely did not need both dishes. Also of note (in terms of drinks), Shon also made me a great house margarita (with strawberry, at my request), and it was the perfect cocktail!! Overall, this was the perfect place to stop for a quick dinner before boarding my flight out of CMH - highly recommend!!“

“I went here for the soft opening. The food was pretty good. The servers were fantastic, had great energy and were really kind and helpful. The building was really cold and a friend asked them to change the temp but was told the owners of the building, not Condado, have temp control“
