“My husband and I have come here a number of times in the last 10 years; and this breakfast always delivers. The corn beef hash is probably my personal favorite. Their croissants are also divine - flaky and crunchy on the outside, buttery and soft and chewy on the inside. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The service is fast. If you want to get the coziest/more laid back experience (and if you have the luxury/random day off), I’d suggest coming in on a weekday right when they open. “I was treated very nicely and so I'm going to give this a high rating for LGBTQAI+. I had the medium roast, my other visitor who came with me had one of the cold brews. Both were very good. I look forward to coming back and trying things from the kitchen. They have a small kitchen and do make small lunchtime snacks. The pastry section though. Small looks absolutely delicious. I wish I wasn't on a diet. There are rooms for private parties and the tables are spaced far enough apart offer a little bit of privacy. The art on the wall is fantastic. “Since 1947- this place is amazing! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere delicious sweet treats. We had a croissant style donut with white cream and a cinnamon roll- very fresh and delicious. Decaf coffee was fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was from a dispenser but was hot and tasty, topped with whipped cream. There were several “locals” that welcomed us in to their conversation and made us feel like we belonged- wife is a native but they also welcomed my Southern self. We ate in at a vintage counter with stools, maybe not from ‘47 but a vintage welcoming counter. “Amazing little mom and pop shop that has been around for years! I've been coming here since I was a child and the quality has remained the same. I have pre ordered in the past, and the process was easy. We ordered a carrot cake for my mom's birthday and was HANDS DOWN the BEST carrort cake I have ever had in my life. They have a great variety of baked goods available on a daily bases, and they have started serving drink (which I have yet to try). The cake came out beautifully and after the owners suggestions we decided to go with buttercream instead of fondant and use fresh flowers instead of fake. I was able to get my florist to prepare the flowers and the owners graciously were able to add the flowers to the cake the day of! I was so happy with how the cake turned out and my guests were happy as well!“

The saving grace for the cookie is the dollop of icing on the top that was very tasty.The caramel topping was not very good unless it was the portion that also had icing on it. I would suggest that the amounts of caramel and icing should be equal to make the cookie tastier.“
