“Tips were unfortunately not possible by card. That’s a criticism directed towards chipotle and not the staff in any way! We enjoyed delicious meals for lunch for a week while visiting the US. The staff was incredibly kind, especially two women working there. They lit up our days here. Thank you!“

“I used to not like Hot Head until I went to the Troy location, now I'm hooked.The food is delicious and the staff are great. The restaurant is always clean.The carry out is way better than Chipotle. The order is accurate and they don't skimp on ingredients just because it's carry out like Chipotle.“
