“Have had to eat here quite a bit the last several months for necessities sake. The more often we've gone, the nicer they have been! They know us by name, and are super quick to fix food mistakes (though for us they have been rare) kind management and in my opinion, the best McDonald's food in our area. Definitely recommend this one.“

“Fast food restaurant managers have a challenging job. The employees who care are greatly appreciated! It’s always easy to spot someone who understands what it’s like to work in the service industry. Those folks are typically patient and pleasant. Specifically, Susannah is always so helpful and always works hard to make my wrap with extra ranch and pickles!!“

“Service at this location is a step ahead of the other locations I've been to. We ordered more than 2 of the same item but with a different amount of cheese and sour cream on each. They labeled which had extra so we didn't get confused on which one was which.“

“10/10! I don’t usually ever have any problems here, most people are friendly here, service is quick and good and I cant say they’ve ever really messed up my order lol. Today I came thru the drive thru and had both of my dogs with me (usually have them with me) but the girl at the window was so happy and overjoyed when I had them and she even gave them dog biscuits. So appreciative of that! Service was excellent as always but something about todays experience just compelled me to leave a good and honest review! 🤗“

I have had a really crappy day, and decided to order pizza for dinner, and decided pizza hut needed a chance and they knocked it out of the park. they delivered my order, and forgot the wings. I went to call the store, and while on the phone with them, another driver showed up with the missing wings! then I went to get me a slice of pizza and they added pepperoni to a pizza i didnt order it on! score!!!! galion pizza hut won me over tonight. thanks for making my crappy day 100×s better“

“I’m a long-time regular at Wendy’s and have come to say these other reviewers should probably seek therapy with how angry they are. The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby. You guys are doing an excellent job.“

“We drove 25 minutes to get this chicken and when we got there everyone was super nice and greeted us with a smile, We ordered a mixed bucket of chicken meal. When we got back home 25 minutes away we noticed that there was only original in the bucket. I called the number on the receipt and spoke to Micheal, Micheal was amazing he apologized and without hesitation said I will happily bring you what you should have recieved. He actually drove it the 25 minutes so that we had exactly what we wanted. I was shocked, in a time when it seems like service and doing the right thing has gone out the door Micheal went above and beyond when he didnt have to. This gentleman needs a raise, a pat on the back and to truely be acknowleded for the way he handled the situation. He should probably own a store in the future! We are customers that will now make the 25 minute drive without hesitation! Thank you Micheal for saving dinner!!!!!!“
