“I was absolutely intrigued with this place. The staffed workflow was amazing. I could not stop watching the guys doing the fries. It was just so fun to watch. They were fast and efficient. The food was awesome, and the environment was different from a regular fast food. It was like lunch and a show all in one. I let the manager know that they were going a great job.“

“I ate at this Arby's on 5/28 for dinner and had an eye opening experience. The service and food was excellent. The young lady at the counter even told us to have a nice evening as we left. The restaurant was very clean and yet another worker was busy sweeping the floor, keeping the place spic and span. Beach Boy music was playing in the background at a soft level.As a throw-back to 1960, there was a pink bicycle parked outside the restaurant, probably belonging to one of the young employees. Most impressively, the bike wasn't chained up to keep it from being stolen. In my Georgia town, that bike would have been in the pawn shop within 3 minutes of being left like that. All in all, my experience at this Arby's was great.“

“My hubsand and I went there on date night Wednesday. Very good very clean. He tried the spicy new dishes and I got my favorite fish and chicken. I love it. The only thing I didn't like was a customer sat in the dining room with his son and made his calls for work. He was a telemarketer. He must have sat there a good 30 minutes. Not a word to his son! It was rude and very discerning on his part. I really was hoping he would have left.“
“I've been to so many pizza huts and honestly this is one of the better ones. Most of the time you order cheese sticks and they are the driest, rock solid, tasteless things. This location know how to make them just right. I've also never gotten a bad order from them. Only complaint is that sometimes people getting pickup orders just sit at the window to wait for their order to be finished and they should be told to park until it's ready or go in.“

I've always gotten what I've ordered, or if I'm ordering for myself and someone else, they're pretty ok with their game.Food is always good, 9 times out of 10, they have everything in the bag(s), sans for that 1 time here and there they forget my cheddar sauce for my curly fries, but I can live without it when that happens.Always friendly, at least civil acting, and not rude or upset, and they get their orders done and out quickly.Definitely enjoy this Arby's (in fact, both Lima locations are pretty good) and will continue to stop when hungry late night.“
