“I ride all over central eastern Ohio. Averaging 400 miles a weekend. I try to support all the local businesses stopping to eat at any local restaurant. Sisters is the only one I’ll ride out of my way just to get any of their omelettes. The food , service and prices are amazing. I highly recommend you stop by. Gary“

“Thank you Charlie for going above and beyond to fix the mistake made by Wooster, after they refused to take care of the problem. With a household full of people Orrville not only replaced the pizzas, but also with no charge. Again it was not their mistake. And they were giving 50%off for the holidays , so they were extremely busy. We are extremely grateful and will go to Orrville from now on for our pizza! Thank you you again for saving our dinner and evening!“

“We have been ordering online and or calling in, we generally have our order delivered for approximately 8 years, we have had very few issues, however whenever we did have an issue and called, it was handled and rectified in a timely manner, never had any employee be rude to us!!!“

“The food and staff were great! Just use cash and not a card! Our card was hit for twice as much after we left, with card in wallet. Thank goodness had new charges at next place we went to prove we were not there when charges were added. Guess we were picking up someone else's bar tap!“

“Wow! So impressed! I’m babysitting my grandson so I ordered pizza to be delivered. The young lady was so pleasant on the phone, and helpful. I ordered at 11:15 and it was delivered at 11:38 piping hot and the delivery driver was super nice. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well done!“

“This particular store is our favorite hands down. The pies are always perfect. Today 10/25/25 we placed an order and there was a misunderstanding with one of our pizzas. Probably our fault but they accommodated us by making another pizza and then refused to charge us for it. And did it in 15 minutes! Amazing customer service. They are the best.

“I order from this pizza hut fairly regularly. I just placed an order today on Christmas Eve, and even with the holiday they still did a great job. “Omg I placed a p/u order tonight and wondering what took a little longer than normal, found that I made my order for the next night! Those poor guys were already hit by a Friday night and that happens. They were so quick to get my order of two pizza ready, so we waited it out. How sweet to do that for your customer..I'm so sorry and I will make sure to check next time..thank you!!!“
