“Me and my wife who is originally from Massilion come to visit family 8 or 9 times a year this pizza is always our 1st meal whether we're staying 1 day or more very good rave about it to all my friends at home for last 30 years or so“

“We have enjoyed the Chicago style deep dish pizza for years from the Dover store, but they recently closed. We have the New Philadelphia store a try and really enjoyed their pizza too. They are very consistent across locations. We especially like the crust! This one is a few miles further, but easy to get to from US250.“

“We had a small get together (11 people) here and it was a pleasant experience. The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and it felt like eating at a close friends home. BTW: for those of you who like leftover pizza: I had the only 2 pieces that were left the next day and they were just as delicious!“

“I’ve ordered carry out here a few times after going for my first time a couple months ago. The staff is so friendly each time I’ve come in and my food is always ready on time. The Chicken Piccata they had on special was so good, and the Chicken Marsala off the menu board is delicious. The portions are good and the bread on the side is so tasty. Don’t forget to grab a slice of the delicious Tiramisu out of the cooler. 5/5“

The taste of there batter for the chicken is so delicious and they always cook it the same way every time and I visit multiple locations in akron and canton Ohio. “Ordered a pizza on a saturday evening, through the mobile app, waited about 20 minutes, left my house to get the pizza, picked it up and returned home. Went to go dig in and saw there was pineapple. Returned to the store wondering why the order was wrong and then realized I ordered the wrong toppings. Explained the situation to the amazing lady at the counter and she was happy to replace the pizza at no extra cost. I order sweet tea with lemon had to ask 3 times before getting the lemon. Hubby orders no tomatoes on his meal and they came with. She took his dish back and to be honest it didn't take long and here she came with his dish. We think they just took them off and some extra fries and added a few new fries and the toppings (roosters nest) I asked for a box to bring left overs home and that took forever she passed our table 3 or 4 times before she brought one saying she was looking for a smaller box. Like I said we been here several times and I felt like she should of wrote things down but they don't do it that way. I understand they were busy and the tomatoes could have been the kitchen staff but it's always busy there.“

“Our office bought 32 boneless chicken tenders today and 88 jojos. The tenders come 4 FOR $10.00. No one had ever had their bonless tenders from there . They were a HUGE hit! The tenders are so thick and flaky that you would think you are eating fish filets! They were bursting with flavor and the jojos were delicious! I think my office will be ordering form the West Tuscarawas Kraus'!“
