“We ate at Chick-fil-A today for my son’s second birthday. It’s his favorite! I asked a worker to kindly bring me one of each Christmas cow so my birthday boy could pick one and then I’d come up to the register and pay for it. She was excited to do so. She told me to not worry about paying for it that she was sure he deserved. Exceptional customer service! She really made his day. I didn’t catch her name but she did have on a black apron and was African American.“

“I use to go to the Troy St location since I’m only a couple blocks away from that location , However the last several times I’ve went to that location they messed up my order. I’m not one to call & complain so I let it slide but after the last time messing up all 3 orders I said no more & started going to the Linden Ave location & so far my order hasn’t been messed up one time. When they forget the biscuits , get the chicken type wrong all the time that’s it for me . I can’t keep going back each week to get the order I wanted so we end up eating what we were given & on a couple occasions my husband didn’t get to eat because he can’t eat spicy foods & all the orders were spicy & shouldn’t have been. Single sides were put inside with meals instead of being on the side individually like I ordered them . I get the same 3 meals EVERY Wednesday . I may switch sides on 1 of them but thats it . When they forget the biscuits , get the chicken type wrong all the time that’s it for me . Since going to Linden Ave & having an automated thing take your order I haven’t had any problems what so ever & I was skeptical about ordering through that .“

“I've gone 2 days in a row the food was so good and huge quantity on both 5$ buffalo wings and fries and today was the gyro w/fries.... Call ahead because they make everything fresh if you don't want to wait. Excellent service and food. You can't beat their 5$ meals. Homecooking not fastfood fs❤️‍??“

“I just wanted to leave a shout-out for the awesome manager at this Popeyes. Today was my son’s birthday, and we were getting everything ready because my kids were actually heading out for the weekend. Unfortunately, his meal got left out of our order. After trying to call and not getting through, I went back a little frustrated. But the manager really came through. He fixed the order right away, threw in some extra goodies, and made sure everything was perfect. He was super professional and really turned the situation around, which meant a lot since we were trying to make the day special before the kids left.

We always talk about the complaints, but it’s just as important to give props when someone does it right. Thanks again to the team here for making it a smooth experience!“
