“My son and I were just at the drive thru a little after midnight. Service was great. Although a lady from one of the food delivery places. She not only cut I front of us and a few cars behind us. She got out of her car yelling over my car at Brandon. I lost count how many times she went to her car then came back to yell over my car. Brandon handled it well. Despite her being disrespectful and very unprofessional. Then she has the audacity to get pissy after her said he could not make an order he did not have. Then asked for his name. I’ve been there multiple times when Brandon and the Manager was there respectful every time. Unlike the day team. Anyway thank you Brandon and his Manager!“

“My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“

Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

“I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting. If you've never been to Five Guys, the fries are fried in peanut oil to get their signature crisp. They are also thicker than a shoestring or McDonald's fry, so they have a strong potato flavor.
