“I come here for breakfast at least 4 times a week on my way to work. Every morning I am greeted by either Lena or Jacob. They have great customer service skills, and always serve me with a smile and a “have a nice day.” Without fail they are a wonderful start to my day on my way to work. The two of them always go above and beyond. I hope that these two people are being compensated well for their wonderful work. Great work guys!“

My lunches were gloriously filled with mixed greens, tantalizing salad accoutrements, and finished with the finest ranch dressing north of the Mason Dixon line. Absolute perfection in every bite. Then covid comes, the world changes and so does my salad, yet I still remain loyal. Then one day this little green devil comes to temp me. “Came here on a slow December Tuesday night before a show at the Woodward Theater. It was a wonderful experience! We just sat at the bar for convenience & the bartender was super attentive, quick, & friendly. GM came out to say hi & check on us. Super friendly & easy to chat with. He seemed very sociable, but also kept the place running very smoothly. The restaurant itself was beautiful: clean & very cute! Oh, & the music was perfect too!Food was delicious. We got lots of different tacos, salsas, & guacamole. Everything was very fresh & warm.“

“Joey is by FAR the most educated server I have had at a restaurant as of late! Though he knew he was sharing disappointing news, he was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross-contamination. It’s extremely refreshing to have someone explain why I can’t have something without me even asking anything past “do you have the gluten free bread right now?” Joey even helped me craft a makeshift meal out of options that were available. My fiancee ordered us the makaman (?) Curry and it was divine! When we first got together curry was my first dish I ever made for us and it was such a nostalgia moment for us to have that bowl of curry again ❤️

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm able walking but from what I can tell they got ramps (sorta) to help you get in and out of the restaurant.“

“Kid friendly with delicious pizza. The guys making the pizza in the back can be seen through a glass shield and they definitely seem like they’re happy to perform the act of making the pizza for the hungry guests. Though you won’t be hungry for long. The pizzas are thin crust and delicious.“

“I called and preordered the oxtail when I was visiting my daughter. They were delicious, we also ordered the chicken jerk bowl and plate and the stir fry . We were not disappointed food was amazing, service was great. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I come for a visit !! Don’t forget to preorder the Oxtails or you’ll miss out! “Service was even better than usual yesterday! Pizza and salad were awesome. We come weekly and would just do delivery but this pizza is just too good right out of the oven.We have figured out if we reheat just right in our air fryer it is almost as good as fresh so we ordered a full second pizza for our kiddo and for leftovers. Again- fresh at the restaurant has us doing this almost weekly and in the winter we are mostly hermits :)We love Dewey’s- better quality ingredients definitely make a better pizza and that crust- just wow!!We go forTheir house salad and cheese pizza. Basic but so so good. Occasionally I add a sprinkle of salt as I love salt and it makes it even better. “Eat here about once a month for lunch while working downtown.

Even if you go right at 12, the line might be out the door, but it moves so fast. Not only the line, but the food as well. You’ll still get your food wicked fast.

It’s always good and always hot. The workers as always nice as well which is a bonus“

The Caulisprouts were just about everyone’s favorite, but I got so many compliments on the pulled pork w/Tabasco slaw and the Greek wraps (it was a great vegetarian option)too! “The restaurant is clean and cozy, and the service was prompt and very friendly. I read a lot of reviews before I decided to try Izzy's, and I'm honestly confused by the bad ones. Mostly people complain the "sandwiches aren't stuffed like a NYC deli sandwich." I had a reuben in NYC a couple of months ago. Yep, it was definitely "stuffed", and it cost me $28!!!!! I also read the potato pancakes are "greasy". Well, as I do at home, I pressed mine between a few napkins, and viola!! - not greasy!!
I ordered a grilled, pastrami "Reubenator". It was plenty stuffed with tender meat, tasty sauerkraut and a nice sauce, on crispy bread. It was a big handful of awesome sandwich! The potato pancake was crisp and delicious. With an iced tea, my meal was only $18. I guarantee that it something you will not find in NYC!

“First time experience. I must say Ruga's did not disappoint. The PIZZA was delicious the house salad delicious as well. The house made Buttermilk Ranch was outstanding . Takeout order was ready in 20 minutes. The young lady that took our order over the phone was extremely friendly and seemed happy to take our order. I highly recommend Ruga's. “If you are in Northern Kentucky you must visit this location. They are all things Chick fil A! They also have a dedicated lane for mobile app orders. The staff is always friendly and ready to provide a smile. Food is fresh and it is rare that my order has any issues.

Parking: This parking lot is small towards the front of the store. It can be hard to find a spot close to the front door.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. For the chicken salad sandwich 7 out of 10.
Overall the atmosphere and the service were excellent.

“I got the Chicken chipotle bacon pizza and it was delicious, service a little slow but it did take us a few minutes to decide so it was fine. Some tables were dirty and the floor was slightly dirty as well. Overall I recommend it. Love the menu and the food is always good. I got a towel and wiped down a couple of tables because we had a person in a wheelchair so needed a table to push her right up to. It was on a Sunday around 345pm. There seemed to be a manager sitting in the dining room doing paperwork.

“This is by far my favorite pizza place, the pizza I get is simple, mushrooms, Xtra onion and green peppers, but the rest of the menu I've only had a few other things but they were also very good but the flavoring of the pizza is great and I personally love it

“Food was good as it always is. The bagel was not cut on half and toasted. The new menu items are still quite expensive and the refresh of certain sandwiches wasn't great. It's still way too expensive to take a family there. Even drive through food work no drinks is still quite high. They charge more for the cream cheese than the bagel.“
