I used the drive thru, got a plain latte, and Loic that prepared my latte wanted to let me know my latte had a heart on it, it made my day, since I am a previous coffee shop owner, I really appreciate that Loic took the extra time of making sure I knew that she created a heart on my latte. “The latte, my friend had was better and undrinkable. She asked for a plastic container like mine. They told her they were running low. That means to me that yes they did have one. It was so loud my ears were ringing, and we left without finishing. And, they were not polite.“

“I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. This Starbucks always has the most amazing service, drinks, and speed! I love how no matter who’s working, they always ask how we are, if we need anything else, and tell us to have a great day no matter if it’s too early to socialize or right before close. “I work in the shopping center and I hate to admit I frequent this location almost daily, but ive yet to have a single bad experience in nearly 3 months of doing so. I have to say the employees here are so kind and attentive. Dawn is just exceptional. Always has a smile on her face and such a warm and kind voice and mannerisms and she's so quick and effortless In what she does and everything is always perfectly made! I know this is inside a giant eagle but the space is so warm and inviting and the sitting area is rather large and quiet. It's also one of the few Starbucks that's never out of any ingredients somehow!“
