“Amazing service! I have a food allergy and asked if one of their sandwiches contained the ingredient. They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.“

“My husband and I recently visited Dos Hermanos (in Easton) for our weekly date night, and let me tell you, it was hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long, long time. After living in Columbus for over 3 years (and searching high & low), I had come to the sad conclusion that there were no good authentic Mexican restaurants in thus city — that was, until I stepped foot into Dos Hermanos. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with hot chips and fresh, flavorful salsa that set the tone for the rest of our meal. The menu features a wide range of authentic Mexican dishes at reasonable prices. My husband and I tried the queso blanco, street tacos, Birria tacos, and churros. Each dish was flavourful, hot, and super fresh. My personal favorite were the Birria tacos — every bite was packed with the right balance of spices and tenderness. I am very picky when it comes to restaurants, especially Mexican, and let me tell you; if you like flavor (not just salt…), this is the place for you! The food wasn’t all that impressed us — the wait staff was equally fantastic. Our waitress, Megan, was an absolute superstar. She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience very enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, and well staffed— a true hidden gem. After our first visit, we couldn’t resist going back again (only 2 weeks later), and I’m happy to report that the experience was just as perfect as before. “Stopped to meet my family after an appointment. Due to the lunchtime rush, they could not access the parking lot because the drive thru line was into the street and blocking the entrance. They parked across the street and walked. Inside is very cramped by the front counter and the overall cleanliness was dirty. The worker who took our order was polite and the food came fast and was good.“

“Classic S ‘n’ S menu, freshly cooked in a bright and minimalist setting. Having to scan a QR code for your drink is a little tedious and the floor is slippery: perhaps some of the much advertised beef tallow has made its way onto the tiled floor?“

“I was made to pull up to wait for my order even though no one else was in line. I could understand if there was a line. I didn’t even have a complicated order. Two cheeseburgers, fry, milkshake????? After 2 minutes of waiting—finally another car came to order and they made him pull up as well. No one behind him. Took 4 minutes to get my order.

“Yes but I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese asked for extra onion and this is what I got. Why is it so hard to make my sandwich without making it look like somebody dropped it.“

“Came in with two wound up little kids. The staff took care of us quickly and were polite and so nice. Even when my kids made the mess they were kind enough to clean it up. They offered free cookies to the kids too. I don’t visit subway often but this one might be my go to if I need a quick option that the kids will eat. Thank you!“

“I went here with my boyfriend and I was surprised at how good their hot mushroom sandwich was! It is much appreciated that there is a vegetarian/meatless option something other than just a bunch of cold veggies and cheese. It was really good, I really liked the sandwich.
