My friend ate most of his but choked it down. After 2 bites I could not stomach anymore of it. I asked the waitress and she said the made it with coconut milk. I am very picky about my cheeseburgers and I cannot explain to anyone enough that I had the absolute best burger I've ever had in my entire 37 years. It was just the regular build your own and it was cooked to perfection, the bun was so soft and fresh, the toppings were perfect and the fries were great too! We had a wonderful server. “We had an great time at the Brew Kettle on Saturday when we were visiting for the Fantasy Football Expo. This is a dining experience that you don't want to miss out on. The Steak Sub is truly one of a kind and I've had many, many steak subs in my life. This is one of the best and every beer I had from their own brewery, was crisp and tasty as well. The Fire Smoked applesauce shouldn't be passed on either. “I don't know why this place isn't more packed than it is. It always seems to be close to empty but the food quality is fantastic and the service was fantastic. The interior of the building is modern and clean. Everything was clean. It kind of reminded me of Lucas in downtown Canton. The only thing I will say was that for this type of weather that building was a little bit cold but I guess you can kind of expect that with the open ceiling concept. I highly recommend it. We went to four restaurants on our date night and we didn't realize that it was winter formal and all four of them had 2-hour waits. We went to bugsy's and got right in.“
