Well, the struggle is over. We discovered Tijuana's Street Tacos! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The tacos are fantastic! “Had lunch from Tropical Flame today and it was very tasty. I ordered a chicken and rice bowl. It came with a creamy curry sauce that I loved. It had a hint of spice and a great overall flavor. The chicken was very good - it was moist, tender, and tasted good. The dish also had pears and potatoes, but I couldn't taste the pear. The basmati rice was dry and yellow, but tasty. He added corn, which I loved. It made the dish that much more filling. He also overloaded my bowl. Plus, he threw in a free can of pop for a total of $10. I can see that this truck doesn't attract of lot of customers, but I can tell you, the rice bowls are tasty. I believe this is one of the few, if not the only Indian-influenced food truck around.
