“Shout out to all the great employees at LJS today :) I came in about 4pm, explained I was from out of town for work and that we do not have an LJS in the Akron area and that my family loves it. I ordered a 16 piece family meal with sides, 4 extra chicken planks, and 3 orders of crumbs. The staff were more than happy to prepare this feast for me to surpise my family with. They were super nice and took their time to make sure every bite was delicious. Thank you again guys for making my families night and doing such a great job! If I find myself in Elyria again I will definitely be back :)“

It’s AMAZING! they know how to treat you like royalty, the food is amazing We had the octopus WONDERFULLY done and I’m not even in Florida !Stuffed flounder so tender stuffed with crabmeat, Veal with the bone in it! “My first time there but it was my mom and cousins 2nd or 3rd time. I was a little weary at first because it’s very small and quiet, but it had just opened for the day when we got there but once people settled in, it definitely didn’t feel like we had to whisper. We had the absolute best waitress Helen and 100% would request her if you go there! We got scallops, ribeye with blue cheese butter, and the chicken pasta and all 3 were great portions for the price and tasted absolutely delicious. Not one complaint on the food at all. The drinks were also amazing, the waiters and waitresses actually make each drink their self opposed to a bartender doing all the drinks which I think is really cool and personal! They also bring them to you so chalk full you can barely take a sip without spilling it - not a bad thing! Definitely delicious blue cheese stuffed olives for a classic dirty martini, cosmo was great and the espresso martini was also amazing. To top it off my mom got the crème brûlée and said it was also good. My mom also accidentally spilled her drink everywhere and they were so sweet about it, getting napkins to cover the huge wet spot on the table and replacing her drink with no questions asked. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.“

“Greeted and welcomed as soon as you walk in. Servers are friendly and very attentive to you and give you the best experience. We’ve gone several times and especially enjoy the atmosphere. The food is delicious and authentic and margaritas are the best!! 🍹 Definitely ask for servers Martin and Omar. Love the new owner and the positive changes to this golden gem. “Great food, but the floors all around the dining room were very very oily slick. The floors need a good, no super-deep cleaning. I observed an elderly lady almost lose her footing and fall due to the oily floors. Due the customers a favor, and change out your mop heads; one for the kitchen and one for the dining room area. GREASY, GREASY, GREASY!!!“

“I used to love this place but it seems Like the ied rice is just bags of frozen rice and peas anymore. Artificial high yellow color to the rice . I only gave it four Stars because the people there truly are nice . Just wish they would go back to making authentic fried rice and chicken on a stick that isn’t rubbery“
