“I have been to this location a couple times and always find it wonderful. Today it was hard-core raining and I had to go order. I waited for a while, but I was anxious to get home and eat. So I was gonna brave the rain. An employee asked me to wait. He went in the back and cut a large garbage bag lengthwise and he had another employee held it over my head like a tarp, walking me all the way to my car while they got wet. Then they went back for my little guy to walk him to the car as well. Really above and beyond Their responsibilities or expectations for service. But they were wonderful.“

Since moving back to Ohio 7 years ago I’ve been searching far and wide for a good small bbq place that reminded me of where I grew up. Neal’s Famous BBQ has finally filled that spot for me. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “Great Barbecue! Rib City has a wide variety of choices that are all good. The pulled pork Skyscraper is delicious and the ribs are great too. They have a coconut cream pie that two people can pig out on and still feel stuffed! Every Monday evening they have the best bluegrass band around playing from 7pm to 9pm. We never miss them!“

This is one of the best gluten free meals I have had dining out. My husband also enjoyed his birthday pork chops. Portions were very good and everything was cooked to order. My biggest gripe with this place is the parking lot and drive thru are difficult to navigate. They dont deliver to my location so we have to pick it up and the drive thru window is at such an awkward angle.“
