“Stopped in for a quick coffee and left genuinely impressed. The Dunkin’ inside the Shell station in Fairfield delivers exactly what you want on the road—fast, friendly service and a solid cup of coffee to keep you moving. Staff were courteous, and my order was ready in no time.

But what really stood out? The restroom. Hands down, the cleanest Shell station restroom I’ve ever used. It had just been cleaned by the attendant, and she did a fantastic job—everything was spotless, stocked, and smelled fresh. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference when you’re traveling.

A small stop with big standards. I’ll definitely swing by again when I’m in the area.“

“We had never been here before. This is a Dunkin' donuts combined with a Buskin Robbins. The service was excellent. We got two large frozen beverages. They put a lot of chocolate drizzle in my frozen chocolate, which was very nice considering my local dunkinrefuses to add drizzle. We also got a scoop of ice cream from the buskin side and the nice lady also, give me a pup cup for my dog in my car.“

“went to dunkin today at around 2:30pm there were only 2 employees. i didn’t get to see the second employee but the young woman who worked the drive thru with her hair in a claw clip was by far the kindest person i have interacted with in so long at a fast food place. whatever dunkin is paying her, double it. she deserves it. you don’t come by employees that can not only handle a rush of customers with no help and be the sweetest person they’ll talk to that day, in the same breath. i didn’t catch her name but i hope she has the best day“
