I ordered a pickup of items I needed for our family Christmas Eve gathering. I normally prepare everything myself but I had been sick for over a week and wasn’t up to it. As I was preparing to leave for the pick up I checked my phone to make sure it was paid for and I saw my ordered had been CANCELLED 😡. They was a lady with brunette hair and glasses helping my daughter and she was so rude to her! Me and my family will be no longer renewing our membership!
I won’t be renewing my membership with sams club. The lack of service and the lack of staff is unacceptable. 30 minutes in line just to check out is unacceptable. All because the individual running the frontend cant be bothered to jump on a register and help out and the one individual that is on register is slower then a snail.
