Zoe the manager LOVES her customers and treats us like guests in her home. That alone is reason to return—you are always greeted with warmth, & genuine care & friendliness when you arrive. 2. Our server, Owen, remembered us from last time (a month ago!)and brought our food out quickly with a Big Smile & gracious care. 3. THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL!! We had the Godzilla roll & the Sweetheart roll—both original & exceptionally good. We had their handmade egg rolls & fried dumplings (you get EIGHT instead of the usual 6!)—the sauces for both were delicate & aromatic—truly GORGEOUS. We became regulars after our first visit! Right now the building owners are doing construction—and it might look like they’re closed. THEY’RE OPEN!! “I ordered almost $60 worth of takeout from Poke & Roll Saturday. They cancelled my order through text without reason. When I called, they were rude and said "we suddenly got slammed with 45 orders and ran out of rice" and I would be refunded within a few minutes. That is a lot of money for me, especially right now being six months pregnant, so I couldn't get anything else to eat and had to eat cereal. First world pregnant lady problems, maybe, but it ruined my night. They still hadn't refunded me by Sunday, and my bank said a refund was not initiated, so I disputed the charge with my bank. I was refunded, thinking all is well. The restaurant processed my payment AGAIN last night and now my account is overdrawn and will take 3-5 business days to be corrected due to the previous reversal. I have two kids that I needed to buy groceries for today and my car is out of gas and cannot due to their terrible business practices. Reviews on Google state they gave someone food poisoning and the portions are small for the price so even if my story doesn't deter you take that into consideration and avoid them at all costs!“
