They weren't busy but the food was delicious and the service was much faster than I experienced in the past, however I didn't get sushi this time. I had the pho and enjoyed it. The server was very friendly. I love their new larger selection of boba tea, the taro was perfect.2019:I really enjoy this place but lately we've had to wait longer than normal for our sushi and I noticed that the "spicy" rolls all have the same sauce which makes their flavors taste similar. My Taro Boba Tea was perfect though and I really like the servers.“

“Cilantro is probably one of my favorite lunch spots. I come here all the time and the service is always pleasant, the atmosphere is always nice, and the food is always great! Well priced for lunch and big portions for dinner. My favorites are their sashimi (canal combo), yakisoba, and duck basil. The new wing zap appetizer is so good, too. Our group arrived there due to an issue with our existing reservations at a different location. When called Sakura Japanese Sushi & Hibachi not only accommodated our party but gave fantastic service. Service was quick, the staff gave excellent recommendations, and the food was delicious. I would go there again!Vegetarian options: There were a lot of vegetarian options. “Visited on a Saturday evening. First time there and our waitress Stephanie was amazing as she explained how to order the boil and seasoning and spice level. The result was perfect! I am also kinda new to sushi and she also recommended 2 perfect options. The place was clean, ambiance nice, parking convenient and price was in line with what i would expect. This will definitely be a stop when we are downtown Akron in the future. Oh and the drink selection was very good also if that is your thing.“

“Me and my son had such a fun night this past weekend as we enjoyed our chef Bryan as he prepared our Hibachi dinner. The chef was extremely funny, kept our entire table involved while he was cooking for us. He joked with my son and had my son laughing the entire time. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It's by far our favorite Japenese Steakhouse. We cannot wait to return again and we will be requesting that Bryan cook for us!! “We got dinner here on a Friday night and got it as a to-go order. The service was speedy and the restaurant was packed. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great. The food was good, it did lack the normal hibachi flavoring and one of the people in my group said the chicken was a little dry. The other person in my group got tofu and said it was very good. Definitely worth checking out, I think next time I'll eat at the restaurant.“
