“This was my first time going to the Phoenix Express in Stow. When I walked in to my surprise there weren't very many people but as soon as they took our order they were very busy at work. I wanted to try the Sushi Omakase after seeing pictures online. I thought I would have to travel at least 15-45 minutes to get this sushi anywhere else and was very pleased to see this here. What a hidden gem! Highly suggest this place, the customer service was top tier and they even came out and explained each piece of sushi to us! It was like art! “Placed a takeout order. The system is a little confusing and frusterating. Didn’t have to wait too long for the food and the people helping were very lovely. “My friend group have come here for dinner 3 times, and we’ve had consistent good experiences. One of us gets sushi, and has really liked all of the different rolls. One of us is vegetarian and all options have been delicious. Then one has gotten the beef and chicken skewers and loves the katsudon. We have enjoyed everything that we’ve tried and the staff is very friendly. We usually go in around 5PM when they open for dinner, and it usually isn’t busy. We all recommend trying this place! Everything is clean and nothing feels too close together. The atmosphere and seating are pretty open.Vegetarian options: I am unsure if all of the sauces are vegetarian or not, but there is a category with around 10 options that are marked as vegetarian and some vegetarian appetizers as well.“
