“My husband and I are weekly regulars at a lot of cocktail bars and restaurants in the Cle/Akron areas because while we don’t live near anything good, we will travel for good cocktails and vegan food, lol. Pins & Needles is one of our favorite places to go! The décor and atmosphere is so fun and really well done for the 70s-era vibes and the cocktails on the menu reflect the times with old-fashioned era-appropriate classics and fun spins on classics that range from light and fruity to rich and boozy and we have actually had some of our favorite cocktails ever here! The menu rotates seasonally, but there’s always something for everyone. (Get the Midnight Cowboy for sure though, it’s one of the best).

It’s great that we can order food from upstairs too because Mahall’s has amazing vegan options and a regularly rotating menu as well. We also love chatting with all the mixologists here - they’re all very welcoming and personable and since we come here a lot we’ve gotten to know a lot of them, so shout out to Carl, Rosie, Connor, Michael, Autumn, and Eric upstairs!

We don’t really go to this venue (Mahall’s & Roxy) for concerts and prefer the low-key and often quieter atmosphere of Pins and Needles, though we’ve also taken big groups there since it can accommodate a lot of people and the space is great for both types of outings. We’ve also brought a lot of people here for their first time and they’ve loved the drinks and food too.“

“My boyfriend and I stopped in here randomly while he was getting his car worked at on Midas down the road. The bartender was very friendly (I didn't get her name) and the drinks were super cheap. We got four tall drafts for $16. I would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.“

“We had my mom’s 90th birthday party with 28 guests at the Westlake location this morning. Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! Thank you again for allowing us to have this 90th in the best of all places for our youngest family member (age one) and all the way up! Love, love, love Kitchen Social. Ps. “Incredible meal from beginning to end, can't say enough good things. It was our second time dining at Rood and we will definitely be back. The octopus is an all time favorite and worth the trip alone, also enjoyed the mussels, I got the coffee rubbed filet and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had, finished with the chocolate pb banana gf pie - delicious!! Highly recommend to everyone I know and so many wonderful gluten free items which I greatly appreciate.“

“Aside from food, coming out a little bit on the slow side, and they weren't that busy, maybe shorthanded in the kitchen? But it was fantastic! The pizza was so good. The pretzel, the vegan meatballs, the drinks, and the cauliflower steak! All really really good, will definitely be back.“

“I tried this place for the first time and EVERYTHING was amazing!!! The decor when you walk in. I came on a Thursday and they have karaoke night ! I thought that was cool and I didn’t know this initially. I came for the restaurant/rooftop. We went upstairs and they had a good playlist of songs , the food was amazing !!!! Absolutely delicious. I order the fire roasted shrimp as appetizer and it was so good when the veggies !! Although it said fire it wasn’t hot at all. It was Made just right . I ordered the chicken and waffles as my entree . Chicken was cooked perfect and the hot honey syrup was good as well . We also order the BBW wings and fries which were good too. I tried the green apple slushy mixed with the peach one and added my choice of liquor ! Delicious!!! Our sever Tone was great ! I will definitely be back. It’s a LBGTQ restaurant and they have drag brunch on Sundays ! I’ll be going to check it out . I’ve always wanted to go to one and now I do ??“

“First time at La Mocha was Fabulous! The two working were very friendly and attentive, we got two croissant sandwiches an iced lavender latte and a hot pistachio late and it was all exceptional. Will absolutely be returning as it is my new favorite coffee shop cafe!!! Kudos“

“As far as hotel bars go, this one was pretty good! Nice sitting areas both inside and outside. Free pool table inside too! Prices were good as far as hotel bars go. I think beers were four or five bucks. Only downfall was you were not allowed to bring drinks down from your hotel room. (Unless it was in a cup) That's probably a standard rule, but some places let it slide. Overall an excellent experience!“

“Invited to brunch from my friends for the first time. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. Once seated our bartender/ server, Darion K. readily welcomed us! He gave us the history of the restaurant, details on drinks and venue. Our food was served hot and with great presentation which was all prepared by an awesome chef! Took him yesterday for his birthday, we are both still talking about it today. He told me he told multiple people at work about it and has been thinking about your cannolis all day and I have been too, best I've ever had. Ever single thing from cocktails to dessert to atmosphere is absolutely amazing, I, we cannot brag about you guys enough! Classy cocktail menu, the char sour and classic old fashioned are a must try. You're selection of bourbon for bourbon lovers is top notch too! Last the food, beet salad, lobster rolls, cassoulet pie are to die for 🤌 have to talk about the cannolis again, one pistachio and one chocolate chip, don't snooze on those if you go! “The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. “Friends and I had an enjoyable dining experience at Vosh. The patio is absolutely gorgeous. Inside dining area was rather cold so I am glad outside dining was available. The grouper tacos ? I ordered were nothing special; it wasn't worth the price. But the truffle fries ? and herb crusted mozzarella were very tasty. The pear gorgonzola ? was the best and our server made sure to separate the order into 3 plates to share. Our server was attentive and staff helped each other out.“
