“We really like this place. It's our go to for a few special occasions and we were here weekly during Covid coz we wanted to support and keep it open. The Tempura ramen is ny wife's favorite and the kids love the bento boxes. Also the basic salad and miso soup are family favorites. My one strike against them is the Roast duck ramen. When I received it last visit, it was 4 pieces of duck neckbone and a couple of other random parts. I said something about it and the manager replaced the duck with a few new pieces. Those pieces came out hot and sizzling on some parts and cold as the fridge in the same piece which leads me to believe it was microwaved. Not very fresh or delicious. The rest of the food was good and the service was good as always. Just recommend to not order roast duck.“

“Lazy practices not like a typical restaurant. Go sit down then go up and order your food. Or order at the front and sit down like fast food. Sushi is really good. Pay for water bottles, normally water would be a compliment in a standard Japanese restaurant. Steak is good as is the other food item. I'd recommend the button that dings to say I'm ready to order instead of coming up and just give some cups and have a pitcher of water. Would be a perfect experience. Excellent customer service.“

“i’m here 1-2 times a week i love this place. workers are kind and the food is so delicious! i just walk I always get a big smile and they are like hi How are you and everybody waves to me i go to the table i always sit at and they bring me my water and they say “yummy v roll extra sauce” which is what i always get ( ITS SO GOOD) im like yes you already know and they usually double the portion size they give me so much more i feel guilty sometimes i cant eat it all lol. I love them sm! as for the atmosphere, it’s always very calm, which is great! I haven’t tried any of their Boba or anything. I always just stick to my usual, but I have tried A lot of their rolls and they are all very good. I definitely would always recommend the crunchy California roll or the yummy V roll. i’ve never had a problem with them or their service for them making everything I feel like compared to other hibachi restaurants. I think the food comes pretty quick. I think the prices are decent. I don’t think it’s too expensive but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s cheap if it on a tight budget. I absolutely would recommend this place“

My favorites are the Shrimp Tempura Roll and the Crunchy California Roll, they are seriously SO good! The service is just as amazing as the food. Every single person on the staff is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell they work incredibly hard, and they always make you feel like family. No matter how busy they are, they never fail to greet you with a smile and make your experience special. I go so much they remember me and always ask how I’m doing. We had incredible service from Blake (or Vincenzo, as he said we could call him.. lol) from the time we sat down to when we got our bill. He was extremely accommodating and really made sure we had what we needed. Everything came out very quickly but the quality was great. “I ordered from my job and had delivered. I was tired of having the same selection of other restaurant businesses while only having a half hiur lunch. I wouldnt make it on time if i drove to my local Sarku restaurant. So why not and have it Ubered lol? The food quality and portion was so worth the price and quality fresh taste was brought me as if I ordered it in person. Everything tasted and made with love and perfection!

“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!“

“One of my favorite places to go for take out on a Friday night! I go here very often as I am a huge fan of hibachi style food but don’t enjoy the sit down part or pricing of other places. This express style Hibachi is hard to beat and the location could not be more perfect by it not being in a crowded mall. Always an excellent experience in here!“
