Dude, 35 minutes for a $20 sandwich?
Ordered Roast Beef... Got ham. And they're slow.
I have always done a pre-order for this place. Love the food and staff is friendly but I ALWAYS get my food LATE! At least 15 to 20 minutes AFTER my pick up time. It's getting a bit ridiculous. I try to plan ahead for my food but there's really no point of having a pre-order option if it's never on time. Just some feedback because that needs to drastically improve!
