“For being the location that it was, it was very nice/clean. The 2 girls behind the counter chandra and her other person were super awesome. Even though they were super busy and the one lady was saying how she was super hectic from the time she got in because there was a leak. Smiles on faces, each order filled with care, quick, and efficient. They made an amazing team! Will go back!!!

“This is the best Subway in town! They’ve restored my trust in subway. Our meals were made properly as it should be done. The Manager is super friendly and good at her job. Even being slammed with orders and customers in line, they remained calm and polite. They both worked quickly but not rushed and sloppy. My wife’s sub looked so good it could have been in a commercial! And I wouldn’t give subway a compliment like that if they didn’t deserve it. I’m glad I decided to give this subway a chance after being burned by every subway in town. Great job y’all. I’ll definitely be back as it’s on my way to work. Thanks a bunch!“

“Recently remodeled store looks awesome. Employees were a little inattentive to customers but service wasn't too slow. The ranch recipe seems to have changed it tastes more like mayo now so I won't be getting it again. Overall not the worst or best subway around.“

I’m so glad to say this Subway has completely turned around. The new owners are wonderful, the restaurant is spotless, and the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. It finally feels welcoming again, and I’m happy I can start coming back regularly.

If you’ve seen older reviews, don’t rely on them—those were from the previous owner, who did a terrible job. The new team has truly transformed this location, and it shows in every visit.

“Monster Sandwich was a disappointment. Only a thin layer of meat. The one that I ordered from Subway Hilliard Oh, the day before, was meaty & stuffed.Dining area, Beverage counter, Front counter are clean.Service staff, straight face, no smiles, but they were friendly to the grinch.“
