Wendy's in Findlay

“Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever had. First it started off with the screen being broken; and I order a #7 and a Cinnabon pull apart. I paid 16 dollars for it. She then hands me my food and wasn’t the most pleasant worker to deal with. While I did not look in the bag as I pulled away, I also trusted I got the right order as it was 10 minutes before close with 1 or two other cars in the drive through. Nope I paid 16 dollars for 3 fries. 3 %% Fries… Probably won’t go here again as the last two times either my food was cold, or I got the wrong order.“

“Who knew places with good service still exist!I tried getting a quick dinner at the McDs across the street but after a 30+ min wait I was delivered the wrong sandwich with cold fries, the manager couldn't tell me when my correct food would be ready, so I got a refund and drove across the street to Wendy's!I was able to walk in, place my order and have delicious hot food in hand in less than 5 minutes!“
