“I can’t believe I’ve been going here for over a year and never left a review! Everyone there is incredibly nice. The manager, I’ve heard him interview a couple people, He seems amazing and like he really cares about his people and the working environment. Everyone that I’ve ever met at the register, while maybe a little overwhelmed because of the morning rush, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. It’s mine and my fiancé’s favorite place to hang out and play Uno. We definitely buy way too many snacks while there.“

“UPDATE: Although the quality is still good the service declined. I placed an online order and when I arrived, I was told to pull up and so the person behind me could get their order even though I placed my order first (they placed theirs in the drive thru. When I walked in I seen my drink just sitting there when it could’ve been handed to me. The girl s was rude and had a sarcastic tone.

“So this is my first time writing a google review because I NEEDED to share my experience on here. I’ve been to the Mad Llama coffee shop three times and we’ve loved our drinks each time! Highly recommend the golden milk latte! ✨chef’s kiss✨ Unfortunately, they were out of the turmeric for the drink today but the wonderful barista walked me through the options of what they could make with a similar flavor profile, all while at the drive thru! In the end I asked for dealer’s choice (only place I’ve ever asked to do this) and the drink is awesome! They even had me taste the drink at the drive thru to make sure I liked it before driving off. Top notch customer service, great drinks, great prices, and friendly baristas. Overall couldn’t ask for more! Support this local small business because they really are a hidden gem! ?

P.S. I drove off quickly since my baby was crying in the back, but if the barista could tell me how to order this drink in the future, that would be AMAZING!!! ? (If it helps I was the girl in the pink hat that didn’t like peppermint or lavender)“

“Stopped by yesterday. Kim and everyone were very helpful. Picked a a favorite that’s served at the Netherland as well as a Gautaman blend. Both are very flavorful and full bodied. Used my Cuisinart pour over machine and a 15:1 ratio. Will definitely be back. Thank you“

“I work next door it's so easy to order on my phone and walk one door over to pick it up. Almost always ready by the time I get there. When I get two of the exact same drinks, one is usually more bitter than the other but it's okay bc I just give that one to my husband. I feel for them when I walk in and there's a line and a whole bunch of mobile order people waiting to get their stuff. Must get overwhelming.“

Today I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam, legit the best I have ever had. The pumpkin cold foam can sometimes taste like a candle, not today!!
