“Decided to try the new WH in Middletown, after a total of 15 minutes of being ignored, we left and drove 4 miles to Franklin, We sat, ordered and had food on the table with in ten minutes. Waitress was super, food was perfect. Avoid Middletown, its worth the short drive to Franklin“

We had a flat tire in the parking lot eve of July 4th, and the manager Billy went above and beyond by offering help with the flat and inviting our family inside to stay cool while we waited for AAA. Even though the restaurant was about to close, he kept the doors open a little longer just to accommodate us and our kids. Truly kind and compassionate service — thank you, Billy! Hopefully this review sends some well-deserved business your way!“

“This was a very nice place to have lunch at. The chicken tenders were delicious and my folks liked their burgers. But I was disappointed in the Andes avalanche custard. They didn’t have any of the mint candy for it. They did offer an alternative but I wasn’t that interested in it.“

“We go to Bourbon's all the time. For the last 2 years it has been our go to dinner location when we want to eat out. Everything is delicious our favorites are the grippos and truffle Gouda burger with a worthy mention of their chicken tenders, but we haven't had anything that was bad. They also have amazing cocktails! We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here and they decorated the other side of the restaurant and had personalized menus. This is an amazing restaurant with amazing and caring staff! We've never had a bad experience! Bonus: their leftovers are just as good heated up in the air fryer!“

This restaurant was just minutes away, so decided to try. 2 police cars were parked outside, and you know they know the best places to eat. No step entry, which I appreciate. Food prices are crazy. $3.50 for biscuits and gravy, $1.50 for one HUGE yummy pancake. Waitress was very friendly and kept the coffee coming. I highly recommend

That said, several of us have asked about getting the Reds games (via the FanDuel Sports Network app) and have gotten a wide variety of lame excuses. For a restaurant in Cincinnati, not making that happen just feels like a missed opportunity—and frankly, a bit lazy.“

“Food was amazing! I got the Prime Rib, first time in a restaurant where it didn't come out soaking in au-ju! Melt in your mouth, not dry, wonderful flavor. My husband got the surf and turf, well flavored, melt in your mouth! Staff was super attentive to our needs and making sure our drinks were full. “My favorite family friendly place. Bock excels at creating a space where we gather as family, friends, soccer teams, etc with their large open room, but also there's a game room my kids love, foosball, and shuffle board. And that's not even getting to the food and drinks. My favorite snacks include the German nachos, reuben dip, and pretzels. The drinks are always on point- fresh and delicious. we always love the lemon blueberry with with a slice of lemon and the Negligent IPA. They are staffed by some of the greatest people. A family favorite for sure.“

Our coffees were never even the slightest bit empty they were always full. Our waters were always full. She put up with our somewhat fussy order with a smile and made it come out wonderfully. I just wanted you guys to know that you have a fantastic employee that went above and beyond To make a strangers experience fantastic I had never been there before and would highly recommend the restaurant based on my experience because of the waitress!! “Just two weeks ago, I wrote a glowing review for The Chop House, and here I am again—because they’re just that good! When I asked my wife what she was hungry for, she immediately said, "The Chop House," and once again, they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the prime rib with burgundy mushrooms, served with real horseradish that reminded me of how my mom used to make it—simply perfection. The rice pilaf and Caesar salad were spot-on, with the salad served at just the right temperature. For dessert, we indulged in the Hershey chocolate cake with homemade ice cream and caramel syrup. Every bite was heavenly. Our waitress Brittany, was both professional and charming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, just as we’ve come to expect from The Chop House. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy an exceptional meal, this is it.
