Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv.
