“The host station was disorganized. They gave our reserved table to another family who didn't even have a reservation. They walked us all through the dinning hall trying to find our table. Then realized their mistake. They said they would ‘try' to get us seated. We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation. Our table server redeemed our experience and the food was great.“

He told me the story of how his grandma would make fresh tortillas and slide him one or two before dinner as a kid. He would add a little water and salt roll it into a ball and eat it before anyone would notice. This act of love and family traditions has now made it to your table. “I had the nicest dining experience this afternoon! I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. It was warm and inviting after a 10 minute walk in the frigid air. My server, Casey, was exceptional. She was friendly, helpful, funny and heartwarming. I felt like she was a friend. She recommended a delicious drink, appetizer and pasta dish that were all beyond compare. She has great taste. At the end of the meal, I was given a free dessert just for being me— that was so thoughtful! I ended up taking a bit back to my hotel room, but I smiled all the way back.“

I almost always get the filet and it’s cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasonings to enhance the flavor of the steak every time. Today I met a friend there for dinner and we got Ismaelas a server. He got mad at us because our drinks weren't right. All we did was ask for something different. He did not like that. We got our new drinks after about 10 minutes. We ordered our food and he even repeated back to us what we were ordering as he was writing it down. Once our food came mine had onions and pico. Neither of which I eat. We waited a few minutes for him to come back around and I told him about my issue. He looked mad that I did not want the onions on my food. Literal just gave me a dirty look.I told him to just take it back and I do not need a replacement. My friend did eat his tacos. He didn't come back over to our table for a while. My buddy ran out of his drink for maybe 15-20 minutes. We told the lady at the counter but she didn't seem to care. Hopefully someone does. I've brought a lot of people to this establishment and I myself have spent a ton of money there bringing my family of 5. Ive left good reviews and always spoke highly of this place. I've always bragged about how they have it figured out. Well, today has somewhat ruined it for me. Never once were we rude or out of line. I'm guessing Ismael was having a bad day. Maybe I'll come back later in the future, maybe not. That's sucks because I really like their food.“
