“We have been going to Shang Hai River for over 15 years. The food is always fresh and delicious; the staff friendly and attentive. We absolutely will not eat Chinese food anywhere else!Also, to the person who left a negative review because of an annoying customer; you should not have faulted the restaurant owner for his bad behavior. If you wanted the police called, why didn't you call them yourself? That is not a reason to leave such a negative review for a business.“

“My go to is usually the general tso's chicken and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon does not have a strong crab flavor, it's more cream cheese and slightly sweet. However it's still really good. The general tso's is so good. It's got a little heat to it, but it's not overwhelmingly spicy. You can still taste all of the amazing flavors in it. The last time I dined in, the chicken was perfectly crispy. It was still pretty crispy the next day after microwaving it. They do give you a very generous amount of food, and I always look forward to the leftovers the next day.The service there is always good. The employees are very polite, and attentive. They keep up on our drinks very well. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. The parking in the Plaza that it's in, is not the greatest. The parking in front of the restaurant is very limited and tight to get in and out. I'd suggest just parking in the larger section of the parking lot, it's a little more of a walk but less stressful if you get stressed in tight parking spots. This is one of my favorite places to eat at though.“
