“After many years, the quality of food is still incredibly the same!!! My family and I have moved back to the area and wanted some Chinese food for dinner. I decided to see if my childhood go to restaurant was still open. It was awesome from the food to the service. I ordered a lot and the woman even helped carried it to my van!!“

“Purchased sesame chicken, vegetable lomein, sweet and sour chicken and pork egg rolls today. Everything was delicious. So good, we will be going back for more take out tomorrow. Staff were very friendly and my order was ready in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.“

“Really enjoy this place. I usually get take out when I go and boy do they have a variety of food to choose from . They even have stuff for kids . I got a lot of food and only paid 12.00 they go by weight but to me that was a good deal. The service was good I don't have any complaints at this time . So if your in the neighborhood and your hungry I would definitely recommend this place .“

“This place is not in the best area of town. You will feel uncomfortable driving around here now. But the food is amazing. The people are kind.
The place has been in the same location since I was a young child, and I still crave their food.
My go to meal is a beef with mixed vegetables with white rice. It never ceases to be a great meal.“

“I have never had nothing but the best service it's a family ran little business the lady is very nice although I read past reviews saying that the lady is ignorant whoever said that must have done something ignorant to them first. and the best Chinese food around.“

Ignore all the bad reviews prior to mid 2025. I don’t know what was going on then but they changed hands mid 2025 and the food is absolutely amazing. Grew up my whole life in Philadelphia not far from Chinatown where some of the best American Chinese food can be found China House in Cortland competes.
There are a few tables for dining, but most people regard this as a takeout spot. The food is always ready and hot and absolutely tasty. They do not yet have delivery so you have to pick up which can be a bummer. Give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed.“

“Who ever was cooking tonight (6/20/26) at bamboo garden in austintown, oh- amazing! So good!! This is the best Chinese takeout I've had in a very long time, if not, ever!!! It was hot, flavorful, just enough heat (spice), and did not skimp on the ingredients. The price was fair and it was ready in s reasonable amount of time. Thank you. You're awesome 😁“

“Delicious food, always fresh and hot. No complaints on seasoning or anything. It's Chinese food, and it hits the spot. Highly recommend their Orange Chicken. I'm the type to get something over and over again until I'm sick of it, and this is definitely that dish for me. It is DELICIOUS! The workers are well mannered and appreciate your business. That's hard to say for other Chinese/Asian restaurants in the area, but Chef Chen has a new patron in me.“
