“This place is attached to a Shell Gas Station. The order board doesn't work, so you have to drive to the window to order. Sometimes, it takes a couple of minutes for someone to know you are there. Now that I beat them up a little, this place has the very best chicken strips. Their Bourbon BBQ sauce is killer. Gyros are so-so but man... that chicken! ?“

“I’ve been a frequent flyer over the last few weeks because my youngest loves the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. I’ve become rather familiar with the morning crew! Today as I am pulling up to the window the cashier is singing and dancing. I tried to hand her my card and she sings “the guy in front of you paid for your order”. I was slightly shocked & didn’t understand. She has to say it again, a little slower for it to sink in! When i finally realized what was going on, I instantly lit up! Not sure who the guy was but it was a silver truck! Just wanted to say THANK YOU! Your kind gesture was appreciated and made my whole day!! 🌸💙 Always remember, spread kindness. “On 1/18/25 around 12:30, The guy at the first window who took my payment was very kind and loved my dog. The guy at the second window was also amazing and very kind. It’s sad that I don’t feel this way at a lot of fast food restaurants or even very nice restaurants. These guys treated it like they worked a white tablecloth restaurant.“

“This an excellent Starbucks. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who truly explained a few of the options and were patient. We are grateful. The caramel frappe and the mango dragonfruit with lemonade were wonderfully refreshing. This was a pleasant stop before continuing our drive.

Parking: The location is a bit awkward right next to a Sherwin Williams with signs that say Sherwin Williams parking only. It is a quick turning from a busy state route, so the driver needs to be careful or you miss the turning, as we did. Obviously, this location caters to drive thru. I imagine it is very busy during peak times.“

“I’m from Hershey Pa and we were in town. Stopped by 2x and my son and I couldn’t get enough of the Mocha House!! They had the BEST customer service, so kind and happy smiles!! Lived the breakfast and desserts and iced coffee!!! Hope to come back again and visit!!“

“It’s always a pleasure to stop by the Starbucks that’s located inside our Target store in Boardman. They have a beautiful selection of coffee cups & travel cups like no other. I love to get a cup of hot coffee or iced as I browse the store for my shopping day. I couldn’t resist getting a bag of fresh ground beans of Thanksgiving day blend. It’s a strong one!

“We went in for a quick breakfast when traveling from NYC to Chicago. They had plenty of Vegan options and tons of coffee flavors. The staff was cordial and quick. The ambience was just right. The avocado toast was slightly butter but the sandwiches and the wraps were the best. Heavily recommended place“

“This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.
Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.“

“Glad the area finally has a semi-aesthetic coffee shop to co-work in from time to time. Unfortunately the seating area is often crumby whenever I come in, and I know this is very knit picky, but the lights under the front counter are burnt out. If they were to fix it, it would bring so much needed warmth to the space!“

“When we started renovating our mobile coffee trailer I knew finding a local roaster was a top priority for us. I met with Nicole & Joe and instantly knew we had found the right fit for us. I love how family oriented they are, how much they appreciate their customers, the quality of their beans and endless flavor combinations are just a few reasons we love working with them! As a new business owner, they have welcomed us with open arms and even rescued us on a weekend when we underestimated how many beans we would need. Highly recommend Top Shelf, not only as a business owner but even someone who enjoys a great cup of coffee at home.“
