“got a last minute california cheesecake and its the best cheesecake I have ever had including my own. it was moist and not overly sweet, the crust was a thin cake like layer which really added to the flavor and all the fruit was fresh and tasty. the cheesecake is huge and worth every penny. the staff is so nice as well, working with me over the phone to get it in time. cannot wait to get another one, next time trying the tirimisu“

“I just had the greatest service from a Dunkin donuts worker I have ever had in her name was madison! I actually had to stop going to this company for the past few years because the service no matter where I went was absolutely terrible, but this was the first time visiting this store and I took a chance by doing so and Madison made all the difference she was friendly she was fast she was courteous she was everything I would want in an employee, people are hard to find but good people like this deserve to be recognized and paid for their worth, thank you for the amazing experience Madison“

I’ve probably been to this location most of all & especially when I worked in Austintown. I always have to get a coffee, egg bites & something for my sweet Schnoodles. “I went around 9 and it was BUSY. but the line was faster than Chick-fil-A. I didn't even wait for longer than 2 minutes and the only reason why I waited because I was talking to the girl that was working. She was nice and very informative.
Music was nice.
She wasn't the only nice one either.
Not to mention the free small drinks certain hours is AMAZING.

“It’s always a pleasure to stop by the Starbucks that’s located inside our Target store in Boardman. They have a beautiful selection of coffee cups & travel cups like no other. I love to get a cup of hot coffee or iced as I browse the store for my shopping day. I couldn’t resist getting a bag of fresh ground beans of Thanksgiving day blend. It’s a strong one!

“My wife and I are visiting the area and had a busy day Antique shopping. After a few stops we stopped here to refresh before going back to our hotel. The server,Meredith, greeted us with a smile helped us get the things we really needed. Meredith also sent us on our way with a friendly “Thank You”!“

“Usually go for breakfast but first time going for lunch! I had a bacon smash burger and it was fresh and delicious! Bacon was massive and for it to be a double patty it wasnt ridiculously big and hard to eat at all! Some burgers can be gross and messy, this wasnt even close! Food is always fresh and delicious! I even ate my leftover half of burger the next day and it was great! This place needs to be a national chain! P.S. ALWAYS ask for Aurora the server! Shes the sweetest and always smiling!“

“I come here once a week at least. It's on my way. Their mobile order app doesn't work for walk-in pickup. Always half ready and you have to wait three or four minutes inside to tell someone your order's not complete. Same for walk-in orders. They only focus on the drive-thru. You gotta go through the drive-thru to get your mobile order by the time you get there. But don't get too many items on the same order or they'll leave off the last items. You'll drive off thinking you're set to go and end up going back to sit in drive-thru again just to get your order filled. They try to train their customers to do things their way by ignoring them.
Dunkin in front of Walmart on Mahoning is much more mobile friendly. I'd go there if it was on my way.“

“This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.
Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.“

I recently purchased their Iced caramel apple latte with the cookie butter cold foam and the Buckeye Latte (hot) and they were DELICIOUS! also tried their Pistachio muffins as well and would 100% buy them again! i will say the coffee is a bit pricey, but its worth it.
