“I highly encourage anyone who hasn’t worked in a restaurant style of customer service to dig deep and maybe have some empathy 🙃 Y’all aren’t always easy to deal with. Although my online order was a few minutes late, the food was fresh and the service was excellent. I was asked by multiple staff if I had been helped as I was waiting and my food was checked on multiple times. The portion sizes were fair, and the food was hot. Excellent job from the staff!“

“Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.“

“Five stars because of the service. The food and ice cream are exactly what one would expect at any dairy queen. The service at this location in particular is always fast and friendly. My order is always taken promptly and they have yet to mess up an order of mine.“

“The girl that was working today at 1:30 was amazing! Even though she was working alone, she had in store and pick up customers taken care of as fast as she could. Her time management skills are a 10. That girl deserves a raise!!“

“Grub Hub canceled our order so I went myself. Wasn't not pumped. Driver thru only, waited. Wasn't mean but just had business to talk about. Manager on shift was very polite but informative. Wanted to help and get things happening now that I was there. Fries were hot, good transparency and communication in a cherry on top situation of an interesting day. Bearded sir, I appreciated your calmness and just stating what you knew. We will come back, but bring ourselves.“

“I just had the most amazing customer service here!!! WOW!! I had to put in 25 individual orders for residents at a nursing home and the manager Carlos was phenomenal. He took the time to get my orders individually and bagged them and numbered them which made my job 10x easier. Shout out to Gabe and another girl who helped (didn't get her name) but they obviously worked well together because the order was perfectly done and I wasn't missing anything. Thank you so much for understanding what good customer service is.“

“We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. We really appreciate his service.“
“This place is awesome! IOVE IT! I have lots of dietary restrictions but Casey showed me all the labels and helped me find stuff I could have. This is the only place I can get something sweet and something easy, and no guilt!! This is my first stop on any Treat Myself day!“

“As a North Carolina native, it pains me to have to leave a one-star review. Unfortunately this location just seems to be very poorly managed and is notoriously unreliable. After visiting multiple mornings a week over the course of a month from mid-November to mid-December I can unfortunately report that I was pulled out of line to wait for my food greater than 75% of the time. This includes orders almost exclusively containing breakfast items that should be ready and available at this time of day. This morning I was pulled out to wait for my order containing two steak biscuits and a side of scrambled egg. The steak biscuits are currently the 2 for $5 special so one would assume that management would plan accordingly.
I hope that improvements to speed of service will be made soon, or I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

“Best of all the sub places, hands down. Fresh bread, fresh meat sliced in front of you, toppings are fresh … so good. The art of a good sub is subtle. Starting with fresh everything helps tremendously. Add to that the limited toppings (for good reason and good taste!), and add to the overall impact of the sub. I grew up in a sub region and the competition was fierce. Since moving away, I have searched for the subs of my youth. Jersey Mike's brings back the magic for me. It is our go-to choice, no matter where in the country we are.“

“Good, juicy, hot burger made to order, accurate and fast. Kind staff. Fries needed more salt and possibly cooked longer. Were not golden and their normal crispy. I ordered online counter carryout. I was given cups to fill my own drink. If they had Coca-Cola Freestyles, I might like to pick my drink, but I'm used to my drinks being filled for carryout. I was in a hurry, traveling. Drinks need to be waiting with the pickup order. Also had to ask for a drink carrier.“

“So Heath Jersey Mike's isn't the greatest I've always thought Mount Vernon's was the best. Well Mount Vernon it looks like you've been beat.. this pataskala Jersey Mike's knocked it out of the park.flavor explosion 💥 Probably better for you then McDonald's but it's still may not be too good for you. But it tastes so damn good I don't care. It's way more expensive than McDonald's but I still don't care. Everybody at this establishment needs a pat on the back everything was absolutely excellent ♥️

“This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!“

“Our food was good but how come we don’t get a receipt when we do thru the drive thru? We use gift cards and that’s how I keep track what’s on my gift card! Plus why to they add hot spices to their pecans that they include for their salads?“
