“first time at The Keg in a couple of years. My wife and I with our kids went 382025 for supper. place was packed, a sweet young lady took our drink orders right away, then Cassie was our waitress and was phenomenal, as busy as they were, she was very attentive and very genuine! we tried a little bit of everything and it was all amazing! great atmosphere, great service, great food, great experience! highly recommend and will definitely be back!“

“Nice little diner, nice attentive waitress I had the Kentucky dog (coney sauce and coleslaw) it was good but the fries are probably the best I have ever had....so crunchy and good..no need for ketchup here...the wife had a big fat juicy greasy delish hamburger that she said was the bomb....looked so good I was a little jealous I didn't get one....first time here but not the last

“We literally loved every single thing about Granny’s! Earl was one of the nicest servers we’ve ever had! He was engaging, kind, and attentive! Give that man a raise lol! We love fish and both the hubs and I agreed that we loved it more than our two normal go to places for fish! We will most definitely be back and we’ll be bringing friends! “First time to visit was today. The place was busy but the service was top notch, barely a wait. The coleslaw was probably the best I’ve ever had! I ordered the shrimp basket with fries, I took 1/2 home with me because there must have been 24 2” shrimp in that basket. We will return when we’re in the area. Oak Harbor is fortunate to have such a good restaurant with extremely good prices.“

“First timers and have to say, definitely a hidden gem! Started with French onion soup and huge, hand battered mushrooms. Long Island Iced Tea was awesome. Crazy Memphis style chicken sandwich with honey barbecue sauce and fries was my son’s choice. Hubby had a basic burger and fries. I chose the patty melt and tater tots. Nice that for those who ordered pop, that a pitcher is brought to the table for refills. Staff is attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!“

“Their pizza is outstanding! I took a meat lovers and chicken bacon ranch to a family gathering where family members from an hour radius all brought pizza that was local to where they lived. The Blackberry Corner Tavern pizzas were the standout! I overheard siblings making sure that other family members tried the Blackberry pizzas and didn't miss out. I don't order pizza often, but when I do, it will be from here!“

“A sweet waitress went way above and beyond her duty, My husband, I and our two friends went in to Waters Edge Restaurant, my husband and our friends ordered, I ask if they had milk shakes because I told her I’m having problems swallowing food down, the food won’t go down. She said so sorry we don’t have milk shakes so I just ordered a root beer to drink while everyone ate (it’s ok though) our sweet waitress whipped up milk with ice whip cream and made me a milk shake with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top. Brought me a big cup. I said oh wow! I love you thank you!! She said it complementary. She made my day how thoughtful and sweet of her to care so much about another person’s problems and health issues. The food looked delicious my husband and our two friends said it was. Thank you! I wish I would have got her name.“
