“Of the 2 McDonalds in Greenville, this is the only one I and a lot of other people will go to. The staff and management at this store are all very friendly and helpful. The staff and management at the other store in town are very hateful and think they are doing you a favor waiting on you.
Parking: Big lot and really good handicapped parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get through the doors.“

“I have heard for years that the sandwiches are great. I finally had the chance to try them, and they didn't didn't disappoint. The building is small and they don't have a lot to choose from. You might have to wait in line, but it's worth it. The sandwich is a little small but priced right and tastes delicious. Go there, get two sandwiches and you won't be disappointed.“

“Prior to this visit, there was a lot of love lost for McDonalds. However, this visit was different. Every item we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious. I haven’t been that satisfied with a McDonalds meal since the 90s. This store should be what all other store strive to replicate.“

“Didn't start my on-line order until after I got there to pick it up. Everyone was working hard and was friendly. They got my order done shortly and I understood since they were busy. I blame this on the GM. They were probably understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated. It has been my experience after Covid, that most of restaurant issues have been blamed on the workers. My opinion, it's all in how it is ran. You can't just open the doors and wait for the money to "roll in". GMs and owners are going to have to start working as hard or harder as they want their employees. Please note that I still gave 5 stars ?.“

“Went into the store and this poor guys working alone. But let me tell you that didnt stop this guy from putting his heart and soul into these subs. Idk how they do it but compared to the subway by taco bell these guys are great. Subway by taco bell sucks... sorry not sorry. I went in at 1:10pm on 6/21/25 that guy deserves a raise!! Customer service to the max and you can taste the passion!!“
